P.E.Pilates レビュー

We've ordered multiple batches of reformers and attributes and have been really happy with our purchase. Delivery can take a while to Europe, but it's obviously a long way.

Josie has been really kind and helpful!

We first ordered 9 reformer Pilates machines from P.E. Pilates, and later we ordered 6 more.

The machines arrived in Germany without any problems. We customized the equipment, and Ms. Cora Chen helped us a lot. She always replied to our messages quickly. She kept us updated during the production process. They also arranged the shipping and customs clearance, so everything was very easy for us.

We are very happy with the whole experience. The quality of the machines is really good. There was only a small issue with the springs on one machine. I informed Ms. Cora Chen, and she helped us immediately.

Thank you very much! 😊

We ordered reformers for our studio and they are very good, good quality and durability.
Special thanks to our account manager Josie who was very helpful and supportive through this journey.

I had a great experience with Tiffany and PEPilates. Everything went right. Tiffany was answering questions quickly and was very helpful.

The equipment is fantastic and professionally made. Very easy to use and the clients love it! Although we faced some delays with the sea freight, the whole experience from the initial contact till the delivery was excellent, cause we had very frequent updates about the whole process! I personally want to thank Tiffany and the whole PE Pilates Team who were there to make sure that the whole order would be executed like we had agreed!!

Outstanding quality and performance
I'm very satisfied with my new foldable reformer. The craftsmanship is top-tier, and the movement is incredibly smooth. It's rare to find a space-saving foldable design that still feels this robust and professional. 5 stars!

I have been working with them for several years now. The quality has improved exponentially, and they are always striving to meet the requirements of the businesses they work with. I went to the showroom, and they greeted me with such care and respect. I recommended. I will be coming back hopefully anytime soon.

Despite the huge time difference the service was always really good. They helped me and gave me advice on everything based on their experience. The delivery was slow, but it was expected given political pressure on duty fees. The equipment is very high quality and my customers greatly appreciate it. When delivered at my door there was no people to unload the truck so I had to figure out myself, but that was more on the delivery agency than from the manufacturers. Overall great experience

Great customer service with communication through WhatsApp.
The reformer’s and Pilates chairs are top quality. Excellent products!

Nonostante i tempi di attesa lunghi, ho deciso di mettere comunque cinque stelle per la qualità dei materiali e per l’assistenza
