PepC has greatly helped me and my team to improve our efficiency of our comms to our customers and helped our marketing broadcasts in a seamless way, I love the fast assistance and response time of the team, whenever I needed help with something, they will respond almost immediately and coming up with quick hands' on video to show me exactly what I need. For example when our whatsapp number was unavailable for one of our outlet's numbers, it is important that business continues and they were able to quickly suggest a bulk-edit function where we can assign the contacts to the right CS officer in our team to ensure timely followup with our customers. This is a great company with excellent team players who are really smart, quick thinking and able to provide the solution quickly and able to understand and get down to my level to help me.
