Quite pricey for a new player tool and honestly there are a lot of parts that need refinements, but so far I think RR ended up being more useful than I anticipated
Usually manual prospecting tasks takes up a lot of time and usually felt heavy but now it became much quicker to handle. I also found the platform really easy to get into, the onboarding steps also quite helpful even though I wish they can be faster
The data enrichment and personalization features also helpful to me as messages do not sound so templatic anymore
So far, it has been a helpful tool for me

The set up takes very long to complete, I wish they shorten it or automate some of that. The UX/UI could be confusing, I dont quite get the differentiation between the list in lead directory and the list in the campaign. Though, the multi-channel is on-point though, with LinkedIn being the most adopted outreach, the other channels are so so.

Very easy to set up a new campaign and add brands on here, took me about 10 minutes. Lead data enrichment is decent, while the AI-drafted messages sound pretty authentic and do not need a lot of editing before sending. So far, the reply rate on my campaign has been around 60% - not bad.

I love ReachRobin because it helps to save me 10s of hours per week manually engaging with prospects.
