The dedication and availability of Franzi was phenomenal. It made my move to Berlin and particularly my apartment hunting process much easier.

That service experience sounds absolutely fantastic. It's great they didn't leave any details unattended and were fully aware of all my questions and concerns. Even after resolving all the issues, they continued to follow up with me, checking in on how i am doing and how everything was going. That level of attentiveness and care for the customer is truly impressive. Being able to provide that kind of exceptional support throughout the entire process is what makes it the best service experience ever. It's wonderful when a company goes the extra mile to ensure their clients are completely satisfied and taken care of. Experiences like that can make a real difference and leave a lasting positive impression.

The company helped me relocate to Germany with grace and great convenience. In an extremely short period of time we found an apartment and signed a contract. They helped me pay my bills and gave me excellent advice about life in Germany

I had a great experience with Perchpeek as part of the overall transition into Germany. The online/app based features were very good - clear classification of different tasks, highly user friendly chat feature, a comprehensive to do list etc. Right from day-1, Nadja has been super helpful in every single task. As I was travelling to Europe for the very first time, I was a bit apprehensive so kept troubling Nadja with smallest of queries, but she would happily address every single one of them with a smile. She also used to occasionally follow up every now and then to check up on me (after I moved in). Special thanks to Kerstin as well who was really helpful in finalizing the interim accommodation (one of the toughest tasks in Berlin :D ). I absolutely underestimated the stress, time constraints and unbelievable paperwork involved with relocating. Jill, my relocation coach was literally there every step of the way. Setting up all your personal administration is no simple task when everything is required to be done just about immediately! Jill was literally there to ensure that my head was above water and the Perch Peek app assists in compartmentalising all the imperative tasks to be ticked off as you go. Jill was readily available regarding any queries I had and she even made time for a chat when everything just got too much at one stage. Her time and effort is appreciated 👏 💐 🥳

Edit: after this review I was contacted by PerchPeak asking details of our case to better investigate it. They actually recognized failing in 2 or 3 points and proposed for a Refund (1/3 of the value already paid by us). The refund process was also quite painful to be honest, but it end up reaching our account. It does not compensate for the time lost and inefficiency, but at least they tried to make it better, I need to recognize that. Horrible service, decent customer service.

This company is a scam. They actually do what they say, however they present you a decent package with a decent pay, however you will not make it within what they present you, and for further assistance, you need to pay more (I was presented with a quote of 1/3 what I had paid already, for only 7-9 more visits and 2 applications). Had I paid for that, no doubt a few weeks ago I would need to pay again. Go with companies who get paid AFTER only!!!

Moving from one country to another is so difficult, especially when I moved from India to Germany. So many things need to be taken care of (housing, house contracts, city registration, school appointments, etc.). Fortunately, I received very good support from Kerstin Loose at Perchpeek.
