I have had to rewrite this review again as perduco told trustpilot to take it down along with a few other 1 star reviews from other people that have been taken down.
I've waited a few months before writing this review but now as I have taken it up with the Ombudsman.I will say this company should in no way be trusted.from the moment I got the consultation call from CM i was told it would cost £4500 but for him or any senior to take the case it would cost around the £6500 mark.i accepted CM who was a senior to take the case on and paid extra.within a couple weeks after I paid I was told to pay another £3500 and a junior took over the case.i asked CM for a record of the telephone conversation within the 30 days and was told there is no recording.then I was given another solicitor after a couple of months so nothing had been done and I had already been through 3 of their solicitors.when I made a complaint a woman who apparently owns the firm named TS said for me to be rest assured as she is taking on my case fully.2 weeks later apparently she fell ill and I was passed on again to another junior.by now I had paid over 20k in fees.i was then told I need to pay another £9900 for my barrister to represent me at the royal courts of justice.they already owed me £7800 which they took out of my bank account without my consent and after 15 plus emails of them promising me the money was going back into my account I was being led on.(see other reviews of similar situations,and now i have sent trustpilot the proof of the emails) michael bullgozi who was head of accounts and was always reluctant to talk to me was always coming up with excuses on returning my money.all of a sudden michael moved to another firm and a new accounts person who's name was also michael and sounded exactly like the MB (i think B was his surname) and refused to give me his full name.even after them owing me my money back they went and took another £5400 from my account so now I have paid around 40k in fees.the money i want back is the £6000 plus vat for the barrister fees who was meant to represent me at the royal courts of justice but I made an out of court settlement 2 months before the court date and I also want part of the £5400 extra they took out.if.i wish I read the reviews before hand.the only plus side was that michaela and dominique are very proffesional and on point and I don't have anything bad to say about them.my case is still going on but now i am dealing with it by myself.i have contacted accounts for the last month and they have not bothered to respond.i have tried to resolve this matter for 1 year now with no luck.also don't try going to their London address in cheapside as It don't even exist.

After having a very drawn out experience with the financial side of my divorce, which included having to change solicitors twice due to them leaving (not a great start). In the end it was Dax Watling who finally got me over the line. He was very quick in responding to any query i had and chased up the other side numerous times to speed the process up. Things happen for a reason and i believe having Dax in the end finally got the job done. Thanks again Dax for all the help you gave me would not have been able to do it without you.

From my very first contact with Perduco they have been very helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. The staff I have encountered were always willing to help with my case and polite whilst maintaining incredible professionalism. In particular Celeste Frank worked incredibly meticulously on my case having only recently joined Perduco. A very professional and kind individual who helped me greatly and answered all my questions with clear information. I am very grateful for how kind Celeste was. A very knowledgeable and supportive company.

Just had an email from Peter the MD. Claiming that they can not pay the outstanding £4200 plus credit card interest that they owe me. As they are waiting to get it back from their creditor , Strip. But on my bank statement it states that the money was taken by Perduco law. Not a third party. And I have a copy of my statement for Perduco to look at. But the MD and the manager from accounts are choosing to ignore me. So I will be going to the omnibus of law companies. As this is really not the correct behaviour from a respected company.

Dax was brilliant, he really took his time to explain the whole process and was always available to take my calls and answer my questions even outside of hours

The fees may be low but the service is extremely high, couldn’t recommend highly enough

She was very responsive and extremely helpful, showed great knowledge on all topics discussed, managed expectations greatly leading to great results.

I had a selection of solicitors helping me with what we thought was a straight forward divorce. It became pretty complex, Celeste joined the team for the last six months and quickly grasped the situation, processed all documents swiftly, supported me with signing documents digitally and was always on time for phone calls . I am very happy have finalised divorce papers as of today. Wonke got the finalised papers through ti me in three days!

Honestly such a great find, we looked and looked for a solicitor to help with a child contact dispute for my partner and they were by far and away the most transparent and easy to understand and their costs were so affordable

In my opinion I felt that my case was not handled as efficiently as expected from a legal perspective and certainly not in a way that benefited me.There were multiple changes in my legal representation, with three diffrent solicitors assigned to my case within a year, and the last change occurring just one week before my final hearing. This led to a felling of poor management throughout the service, which I belive impacted my credibility and was reflected in the final settlement. In hindsight, I regret choosing this legal firm. From my experience, the service certainly did not meet my expectations.

I have a friend that was going through a rough time with their spouse. That was until Mr Dax Watling stepped in and helped her with the case. He has been very good with his communication and has guided her every step of the way. I’m so thankful she got Dax as her lawyer to oversee the case as I can see that her levels of stress have reduced significantly!

Very knowledgeable and informative

A difficult situation made easy by great service and transparency offered when it’s needed most. Not only was I met with professionalism and empathy ,I was given peace of mind knowing exactly what I was in for both practically and price wise, which makes the process of it all manageable and cost efficient .

During the first hearing the service was great. My first 2 solicitors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout. It all went downhill during the next hearing after finding out they had both left. The male director of the company, sold me with false promises to get my business again. He claimed he knew so much about the process and advised me incorrectly. When I voiced my concerns with my solicitor he then claimed he is not legally qualified so doesnt understand, he sure had a lot of legal advice though in the 1st call when trying to get me to pay the fee! My new solicitor was no where near as knowledgeable, failed to answer basic questions and disappeared with no follow up after the 2nd hearing. The fixed fee also is a con as they barely do any work and when you call you can't even get through to who you need.

Please note this is my experience and in spite of the misleading fake reviews from people in countries they don't even operate in the above is my very unfortunate and genuine experience with this company.
