Perfect service today when our furniture was returned by Matt, Nat and Abigail. Lovely people, very professional who showed great respect for us and our property- they went above and beyond and did far more than expected-thank you for sending this team

Peter and the team were very friendly, efficient and communicative throughout. They took a lot of stress out of the process and really looked after us. Thanks team!

Peter and his team were absolutely excellent. They made my family and I feel at ease from the get go. The move itself was super efficient and allowed me to unpack with no stress as everything was labelled/packed perfectly.

Really wonderful experience as moves go! Would 100% choose Perfect again and would highly recommend to others.

I can't thank Sam and her team enough for the outstanding service they provided during our house move. Despite working in sweltering hot weather, they remained professional, hardworking, and positive throughout the entire day.

They took great care in packing and loading all of our belongings, treating everything with respect and ensuring the job was completed efficiently and safely. Nothing was too much trouble, and their teamwork and dedication were evident from start to finish.

Sam is a true asset to the company, leading by example with professionalism, excellent organisation, and a fantastic attitude. Her whole team deserves recognition for going above and beyond under such challenging conditions.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals service. Thank you all for making what could have been a very stressful day run so smoothly!

Everything about our removal was incredibly professional. The whole team from Perfect Group was fabulous, from Sophie who checked that all was in order and answered any questions to the team on the day, the professionalism was faultless. On the day, the team treated our possessions with the utmost care. Beyond their incredible speed and efficiency, they were just thoroughly lovely, polite, and reassuring people to have around during a hectic move. Exceptional service from start to finish and we can't thank you enough.

This company really lives up to its name. The team that we had, Hayden Josh David Will Jamie Olivia Tracy and Sophie and Jackie from the office were all excellent. Professional, friendly and worked so quickly our move was as stress free as any move could be.

The whole move from start to finish was seamlessly good. The contact pre-move was professional and reassuring and the team on the day were superb. Courteous, efficient, friendly and all done without fuss or drama.

A move is stressful but these guys took it all away. And excellent value for the service given. We outdone recommend you give this company a try.

We would highly reccemond perfect group for your move. Dave, Henry and Josh were a great team, very polite and efficient. We were so impressed at the care they took with our belongings and how easy they made the day for us. From first contact with Sam in the office to Will dropping off all the packaging for us made it all as stress free as possible.
Thank you all, we will recommend to friends and family in future.

The Perfect Group were exceptional. My move was to say the least, daunting and overwhelming and huge - 30 plus years of accumulating stuff! The team were efficient, speedy, thoughtful and patient - and they thought through ways of solving a difficult situation. They were also friendly and great to be around. ThankYOU Perfect Group

We have just completed a major house move and Perfect Group were first class. We are downsizing, so had a lot of furniture to move into our new home and into storage. The co-ordinator from Perfect spent considerable time with us ahead of the move to help make sure we were ready for the move itself. They then provided a fantastic team who were with us over 5 days as we moved everything into storage and then into our new home. One hears many stories of bad experiences with removals companies but I can honestly say that Perfect Group exceeded my expectations and were brilliant throughout the move. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is my third time working with Perfect Group, and once again the service was outstanding. I’d like to say a big thank you to Marie Middleton for taking care of my request—she arranged the boxes and even organised a last-minute collection with just an hour’s notice for the next day. I really appreciate the excellent support.
Thank you

I would really recommend this company to handle your removals. Peter and the team were very reassuring and always ready to help, or answer any questions. It helped make a stressful situation (we had to move due to a flood) easier. Also, a mention for the Kaya and the other ladies in the office we spoke to. Always very helpful.

Dear Perfect Group
We could not have found a better or more professional removal company than Perfect Group. It was a joy to work with you from start to finish! Your professionalism, expertise, and packing skills are simply unbelievable and a stress buster of the highest level. All employees were punctual, smartly dressed in a uniform, helpful and kind at all times. As well as quick and careful with each item, we can only marvel.
We are completely grateful and lucky to have found such a fine company and good people who have made our move from the UK to a destination on the continent a smooth, stress free and pleasant experience.
We can only highly recommend Perfect Group as the BEST removal company.
Also, we observed a wonderful cameraderie amongst the work men who worked relentlessly, tirelessly and continuously for three days packing as well as three days unpacking. It's was phenomenal how smoothly everything came together. No request from our end was ever rejected or ignored. Everything was executed quickly, yet carefully and with a friendly and kind attitude.
My husband and I looked at each other and could not believe their wonderful ways of dealing with things.
Often they carried boxes without a lift three flights of stairs into the apartment. Because the lift was occupied by other people.Their strength and muscle power was second to none. We are grateful for all their work, help, assistance and support. Our highest recommendation goes to Leon, Kieron and Haydon. Apart from the wonderful girls who packed everything to perfection. We also enjoyed the helpful and professional way of working with Alan, the manager who stood by our side from start to finish.
Thank you to everyone in Perfect Group.
Knowing that we will have to move house again in one year's time, we have already decided to book Perfect Group again, even though they will have to fly all the way from London to do so. Because we know we can never get a better service than with Perfect Group. Thank you all very very much
Best regards
Andrea and Julian

Peter and the team from Welwyn recently moved my 88 yr old father from Fleet to Worcester. Unfortunately family support on the move out was unexpectedly lacking but Peter went above and beyond with the care and consideration he gave my Dad throughout the process, a true gentleman, thank you so much.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Perfect Group. I needed to clear our office space on very short notice, and they were incredibly quick and responsive. Within just one day, everything was arranged for them to handle the entire process.

None of my team members were in the UK to oversee the office clearance, yet the Perfect Group team took care of absolutely everything: packing, clearing, relocating, and storing every single item from the office. They also kept me updated throughout the process by sending photos, which gave me great peace of mind.

Peter was excellent he immediately put our minds at ease about the removal and storage. Pete and the team were professional and pleasant through the process. We felt reassured that our belongings would be stored and returned in good condition.
