Perfect Group レビュー

Moving is stressful, I was short of time and Perfect Group had a slot. Had I been time rich, I probably would have gone with a small local company, rather than a national one as the perception is better service. However, I could not have been more impressed from start to finish with the ‘Perfect’ team. . My contact was Sophie, who constantly assured me that they could handle anything, even specialist items. Will, delivered all the packing materials on the day I signed up. It all seemed too good to be true! I am not going into details but can assure you the moving team, Henry, Lewis, Henri, Stuart & Max were nothing short of incredible! They worked so hard, smiles on their faces and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.
The icing on the cake, was incredible value for money…great price, professional service, faultless.

Peter, Montana and Easter were hardworking, efficient and used their initiative when they moved us back home after our house fire. Peter was mindful of his team's welfare on a very hot day which I'm sure contributed to their very positive attitude. A great experience. They were reassuring and kind, and Peter managed his team to make sure this day ran smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our moving experience was made stress free by Robbie and his team from Welwyn Garden branch. Robbie was a calming influence and made sure everything was packed and moved and unpacked at the other end seamlessly.

Had a nice experience moving with Robbie, James, and Easter!
Very lovely,chatty people!
Done all they can to help and i would highly recommend them for all types of moves.

Polite, obliging crew - Haydon, Kane & Liam. Nothing was too much trouble - good communication from Sophie at Perfect Removals.
Fuss free and clear quotation process with James.
Very happy with PR's service - will be using again.

Another professional and well executed engagement. I am so grateful to Peter and Richard making what is quite a stressful time a lot more bearable. Dispute the job turning out much bigger than anticipated, Peter and Richard kept the energy positive and enthusiastic. Its the simplest of things that make the difference. Thank you

I was very impressed by the attention to detail all day. Yery please with how our posetions were cared for. THANKYOU

The removal was impeccable. The team on the day was Rob and Chris; they arrived on time, were incredibly professional, packed the furniture with utmost care, and asked about my preferences in every step. I would highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of using perfect group removal’s twice & both times they have been smooth sailing, stress free and efficient. Billy & Richard specifically. If you can ask for them because they are the best!

I had to move on a short notice and they did an amazing job, and thanks to Robbie, along with Richard, James and Gemma, they did an amazing job and worked incredibly fast. Really appreciate all the hard work and effort from them, highly recommend!

What a brilliant, caring company. They really care and look after their customers. My furniture is in storage with them following an insurance claim, and work is nearly finished. The loveliest of ladies, called Cara rings me each week to remind me when I am ready to have my furniture back, she keeps me organised. I recommend Perfect Group from start to finish, they really do care

Perfect Group removals assisted us with moving a large amount of items from one flat to a new property as well moving some items to storage. Robbie and his team from the Welwyn depot were extremely helpful and professional. They also exercised patience and were very understanding as there were a large amount of items to be moved and it was very last minute. Not only did they move the items they also acted efficiently and moved items to a storage facility and also to the new premises simultaneously using 2 vans and more people from Robbie’s team came to help which got the job done quickly. It’s not an easy job but Robbie and his team did incredible including Chris, they were very polite and friendly through it all and I would definitely use them again if needed. I would highly recommend using this company they are very trustworthy and deliver everything they promise.

I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to have the 'A Team' from Perfect Group. All of the team were polite, professional and respectful. Robbie, the "A Team' leader, was exceptionally kind, professional, polite, respectful and helpful. He went out of his way at all times to ensure that we felt looked after, in the knowledge that our possessions were being cared for with the utmost care and respect. Robbie also went above and beyond to ensure that everything we wanted removed was removed. Finally, I was struck by the team's attention to detail and how all our items were meticulously packed, right down to the removal and packaging of the cuttlery!!!
We would definitely contact Perfect Group again if we ever needed any removals done again, and I would put in a special request to hav Robbie and his 'A' Team. i
I would recommend Perfect Group without any hesitation to anyone who wants to know their possessions are in the best hands. I would also recommend that they also put in a request to have Robbie and his "A team'.
Thank you Robbie
With best wishes
Andrew.
P.S. Thank you also for your assistance in moving the big Rubber Plant into the outside room.

They were all very nice and polite. Excellent service and a very good team. Packed all my things nicely and took care of it too.
Excellent Team and hopefully the same team comes back to my house.

We recently used Perfect Group for our move, and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.

Mason and the rest of the team arrived on time, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and treated all of our belongings with respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them—they were friendly, approachable, and clearly experienced in what they do. What could have been a stressful day was made so much easier thanks to their positive attitude and organised approach.

Everything was moved safely and smoothly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Mason and the rest of the team to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removals service.

Thank you again for such a great job!
