simple process..Thanks Richard

Thank you Perfecta. Not only were the windows installed without any drama but there was no mess, no dust, nothing to show that a whole room had been replaced. Other than the house looking so much better there was no messy evidence that work had been done. I would use Perfecta again. Paul, the fitter checked his work before starting to make sure that everything would be fitted with no error. Everything went extremely well. Pau was polite and informative and the job went a lot quicker than I expected. I had a telephone call before the work was finished to make sure that there were no questions I needed answering and I was kept informed the whole way through.

Richard was professional and easy to get along with during the quotation process.

Appalling communication!
A total shambles of a company! Even 1 star is to generous.
Awful experience lasting almost 10months! We ordered a door back in July 2024, paid the deposit and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks and zero communication I tried to get in touch for an update. I sent emails and rang over a dozen times. No reply! Also discovered the showroom on there websites is an abandoned warehouse house that been unoccupied for months
Eventually got through and was told they were waiting for the trim to match the door…..more weeks went by and then I was told they couldn’t match the trim and would have to accept the standard trim. We got to mid November and was emailed asking to pay the next installment within 24hrs to secure the installation date. Which I did. The next week I was told installation could not go ahead on the date and would be put back until Dec 2nd. Then contacted the day before to say it would be the next week Dec 11th This is where the story gets interesting. My wall was damaged during installation and needed to be repaired. The wall had recently been treated with specialist damp prove plaster. I was asked by perfecta windows to get a quote to repair the damaged who then refused to pay for the repair claiming they were getting cheaper quotes(I don’t believe this at all). I had had enough of the company by now and when they eventually offered to pay only 40% of the cost I accepted just to get them out of my life!

Had my front door replaced by Perfecta Windows. The only company I contacted that came to the house to discuss options and recommendations. Very fast and easy process throughout, with the installation only taking under 2 hours.
Everyone has been really helpful and professional, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately had terrible experience with Perfecta Windows, WsM. Supplied faulty windows, shoddy installation, appaling customer service. Astragal bars in wrong place. Had to take to court. Has taken two years to finally get working windows that actually look good. Do not recommend.

Having had a replacement front door with Perfecta, I had no hesitation in asking them to replace my back/ conservatory door. Richard came to assess the job requested and was very helpful and informative.

This is my 4th order with Perfecta Widows. I have been very happy with the previous orders, that I engaged them again to fit my 3 bedroom windows and a composite front door. The order was processed efficiently, and the installation was arranged sooner than I expected. Come the installation, the fitter was quick efficient and very friendly.

This project was very unusual, fitting a small conservatory into an existing canopy frame, perfecta worked very hard to make sure this installation was carried out with excellent craftsmanship, a big thank you to all who were involved.

Just had a lovely new front door fitted, great help from Richard and the fitters. Would buy again from them!

Aftersales communication & customer service is non existent, once you've paid they don't care what issues you may have.

Richard (salesman) made the whole process very easy. Good quality products, very pleased - would recommend.

Absolute shocking customer services,part of Britannia which they try to hide,real cowboys DO NOT USE !!!

Poor communication, awaiting a response to my complaint which has been going on for over 6 months. They don’t seem to understand the customers situation from having faulty and poor quality windows and doors installed, the only contact I’ve had is to ask for money. I would not recommend using perfecta! A very dissatisfied customer.
