I was initially apprehensive to get permanent eyeliner – I followed El for a year – before taking the plunge.

Just to be clear permanent eyeliner will bring more ease into your life and the time it saves is priceless. It is low maintenance for sure but it doesn’t mean no maintenance – it is wise to get a session every year to a year and half if you want to keep it in top condition. It’s also not permanent (forever) to set expectations though permanent enough that I don’t need to apply eyeliner hardly ever for the next year. So for any of those who are worried that the treatment is for life – don’t be.

El is incredibly experienced & confident in her abilities, she accommodated my change in design when I wasn’t happy after the first session – largely due to my anxiety having not done any kind of treatment like this before and being reserved about the design. You get to decide how it looks every step of the way along with El’s guidance.

She adapted to my needs with ease and from the start she sets expectations clearly and DO follow her instructions exactly to get the best results.

I had 3 sessions in total. The first 2 would have been suffice had I not changed the design after the 1st session and I am delighted with the results. El is a perfectionist – so rest assured you’ll be in good hands.

From opening the sterile equipment she uses in front of you, to the after care and follow up El is a consummate professional. I’ve been back annually for my brow colour boost since having them done prior to chemo three years ago. They are very natural looking, which was something I had worried about. I always get compliments when I have my boost! Highly recommend

I am really glad I went to Perfect Definition to get my eyebrows microbladed. Natalia was great when I was making my booking, she answered all my questions and took detailed information to make sure I was a good candidate for microblading. Then at my appointment El really took the time to make sure I was happy with a colour and shape for my brows and I'm really pleased with the results. El is also very thorough with her aftercare and she really cared about making sure I got good results. Overall a great experience.

No one can tell that I have microblading done. The reason why is because El’s makes it look natural and has a good eye for what works with you. I’ve been seeing El for 5 years now and don’t intend to stop. Go see El if you want the best.

El is excellent at her job. She had done my eyeliner for me each year with absolute attention to details and follow up instructions. She is patient and her area of work clean and tidy. I will recommend her highly.

I have been visiting El for complete eyebrow medical microblading for alopecia totalis sine 2017. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely competent, with minute attention to detail - a perfectionist who is also very client centred. She is also an award winning therapist who now judges the performance of others. Having my eyebrows microbladed by her after 13 years of pencilling them in has been life changing for me. Thanks El.

If you want a truly professional experience, El at Perfect Definition is the place to go.
Right from the moment you walk through the door you feel confident that you are in good hands. Everything is explained clearly and El spends a lot of time working out the details of best shape and colour so that her clients are happy with the end result. She is also a lovely person. Personally I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

El was recommended to me 6 years ago for microblading and I have been returning since. She is very professional and delivers the natural polished look her city clients are looking for. Her attention to detail and safety is exemplary. Highly recommend.
