I'm hooked on the pencil's precision for the inner eyelid as recommended by the Sunday Times' Beauty Editor, it certainly lives up to its name. Sadly it's more container than content - the pencil itself is shorter than the top knuckle of my thumb and breaks off easily so I'm having to order a new one almost every fortnight which makes it an expensive indulgence.

Love it! Best mascara ive had in a long time! I am finding it hard to remove though...

Swift delivery and nice package. The mascara wand is ideal for getting into those difficult far corners and covers them well. The eyebrow wand is exceptionally good.

The mascara brush works better for me, more control when applying

Really nice mascara. Genuinely delighted with the way it elongates my very short and sparse lashes. Only criticism would be that when washed off the fibres tend to stick to the basin and make it difficult to clean off. Otherwise, love it. Also love the eyebrow gel on the other end. Will definitely be reordering when it runs out.

I have a complete obsession with this small and perfect business, their products are top tier amazing. I love this mascara. Easy to use and remove. The fine wand is a game changer for older and sensitive eyes. I just wish they would do just mascara as don't usecthe brow serum

Iam suffering with hot flushes, normally after a couple of hours. I want to remove my mascara. Not this one, it is so light, I have sensitive eyes and have never had any issues with this mascara. It stays on all day. 👏👏👏 just ordered my 2nd one. It’s amazing, it’s been a long time since I put mascara on everday

Mascara brush is the best I’ve ever tested.
The tiny brushes ensure even and easy coverage.

I do find the white brow end a complete waste of money however, as I never use it. I wish Ruby Hammer would create the mascara and brow enhancers as separate entities. Would be such better value for money.

The product is fantastic in particular the fine mascara brush but the strength of the tube that holds the gel for brows is poor. It split & liquid seeped out of split all over make up bag.

I found the mascara tube dry. I don’t think it will last long unfortunately. I don’t know if I received a faulty product??!
The brush wasn’t as sturdy as I would have liked.

The small fine brush does exactly as promised leaving eyelashes significantly enhanced but so natural looking. Love! My search is over!

It was ok, I’ve used tubing mascaras before that have been more effective. This one coats every lash but if your lashes are fine it unfortunately does jack
