I did the Latino eyeliner and lip blush with El- from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Natalia (clinic manager) got back to me quickly and was efficient at booking me into clinic, sending me forms, and answering any questions I had. When I came for my first appointment, El immediately put me at ease. I was worried that it would hurt or that the result would be too heavy/ not what I wanted. El took time to talk to me about exactly what I was after and gave helpful advice about what would suit me. She drew on the design to my eyes/lips and we worked together to find the exact look I wanted. She put on local anaesthetic and the process was quick and relatively painless.
