Salam Haji's!

I cannot thank this organisation enough for helping us complete our Umrah is peace with NO issues at all. Faisal Bhai in particular has been absolutely amazing Alhamdulillah.

The communication and coordination really has been perfect 👌. The driver's would always be on time and we would receive a text message before their arrival.

Great experience Alhamdulillah, InshaAllah we are already planning our next trip!

Worst experience ever!!.
Avoid them they are dishonest and fraud.
I tried them for Umrah in the last 10 days in Ramadan.

I contacted them in February to get a cheaper deals.
We have agreed for a good deal, and Faisal, who is responsible for the bookings, send us a pdf reservations for flights and hotels (but is realized at the end it was not real bookings and he were not honest with us).

Faisal said that he applied for visa for us and it has been rejected and asked us to cancel our bookings, and then we can make a new bookings if we granted the visa (I realized he just was pushing us to cancel the bookings which he never booked).

I asked him cancel the bookings and refund us the money, he said he will charge us for the rejected Visa applications (which I realized he never applied for).

after arguing with him, I agreed for that just to get the rest of my money back, but I have to keep fighting with him and all the company for more than 10 days , everyday he is promising to refund us but keep arguing for more and more.

after I get the rest of my money back, I booked with another company which did us a good deal and granted the visa in less than a week, so I realized that Faisal was not honest with us at all. and he never did bookings or applied for a visa for us.

Faisal and this company ruined our Ramadan and caused us much hassle and difficulties .

I recommend you to avoid them and never deal with such fraud people.

Hafiz Amir was brilliant in booking our trip. He explained and advised everything properly during these covid restrictions. From now on I will always book my trips through him/ them.
