fack website my money is stuck

If you see any good review about this company then it is from their own team. They have pathetic shipping service and are not bothered to serve the clients. We have to run around in circles trying to coordinate with the courier company that keeps sharing different numbers for follow up. Perfume Palace doesn't track and ensure end to end delivery of their products. There are no updates or tracking details provided by them.

Order is not full filled and even evading to refund the amount even after so many followup

Pulkit mehra who have just shared a review is the key contact in perfume palace. He himself is sharing fake reviews. I ordered but no clue about my prepaid order. I will report to cyber security about the company. Does anyone know the location of their office.

Liked it Got Arabic perfume at best price in india.

I placed 3 orders with them, and received 2 out 3. I am from Mauriitus and they instead shipped one of my orders (which amounts to $400 total with 6 different perfumes) to South Africa instead and lost my shipment. When I contacted the customer service they ckept on telling me to do their jobs by contacting SA post office or they kept telling they'd provide me with updates in a few days. Few days became 5 months! Dont buy from this website if you value your money.

Don’t trust them , don’t waste ur money, ordered and got a bottle of Miraj absolu, obviously repacked , bottle was leaking when I opened. 10 mL of it is already gone into the box ,when I told them there’s no help and their customer service guy is so defensive ,

Don’t expect any help once u spent the money it’s gone, don’t expect customer loyalty or anything from them

Terrible shipping, almost scam. Spent 2 week with no information nor contact after placing order, ignored my mail for another week and then randomly told that one product in my order was out of stock. They barely refunded but only a partial price. Is this big time "Angel's share"?
At least they had done shipping 3 weeks after ordering, I received the rest of products tho. I will never use indian EC again.

Tardy Service
Purchasing an item marked as "in stock" on 1st September and no sign of it even on 15th.( Rasasi La Yukquam).
Missed the birthday date as it was intended as a gift.
I am not happy with an organisation which doesn't value thier customers money and feelings.
