Items never arrived. I sent numerous emails and only received automated, irrelevant replies. Phone number on site does not ring and messages to this were also ignored. I concluded this is a bogus company and submitted a case to my bank for a refund. Please avoid at all cost

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS IS A RIP OFF ORDERED A COAT £40 DOWN FROM 80 THE QUALITY IS AWFULLY AND THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND OFFERING 10% THEN 20% HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH A POOR FRANCHISE

Awful company. Bought a t-shirt which eventually turned up and the quality was horrendous and debatable if it was even legal. Tried to get a refund and like others was offered various percentage reductions just to keep the item. Eventually got a returns process from them which involved sending the item via tracked delivery to China which would cost more than the price paid for the item. When challenged on this as they are allegedly a UK company they quoted a legal directive which only applies in Portugal! Have now raised a dispute through my bank and will report to trading standard. A complete scam of a company - DO NOT USE
Update: Applied through my bank for a refund which they did. Maybe worth a go if you’ve also been caught by this company.

Sadly, I appear to fall into a similar camp to other reviewers here - a crappy, loosely 'similar' version of what was in the picture, and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Now they want me to send photos of the item, so they can 'decide' if they will issue a returns label, and then possibly a refund. And, obviously, this was meant to be a Christmas present.

Great work Perry Streetwear - you must be so proud of yourselves ripping people off. Well done.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Never buy from here ! Website says it's UK based, but not.. it's China ! 2 month ago I bought a winter jacket, waited long time for delivery. Came very thin jacket and was made from cheap material, paid £50 and wasn't worthy ! Tried to contact them by the customer service number on the website- it's not accurate!!! Asked for return and i did returned it with tracked delivery to get full refund as they promised, but still waiting for refund!! It's a big headache...when i email them looks like I'm getting automated email replies from them.

It's shocking what people think, they cheat each other, they send me useless rags instead of goods advertised with fake pictures!

Well after waiting two weeks for my jacket!!! It finally arrived looking nothing like the website pictures, cheap and poorly made, also arrived packed like it had come from Vinted. Absolute scam company that should be shut down!! I shall be reporting to trading standards and hopefully will attempt to retrieve my money via the bank.

I have been emailing this sham company for nearly 2months for a refund, all I get back is excuse after excuse. I paid for a jumper advertised on their site and received a jumper that bore no resemblance to the one advertised. They wanted me to return it for a refund, which would have cost £? Adding to my outlay. I refused so they told me to keep the jumper and accept a 20% refund. Eventually, I agreed to this, but no refund, just excuse after excuse. The website had an address in Dover so stupidly I assumed ordering would be ok. I will persist. They are impossible to deal with!!!

It is now 4th January, still no refund. I contacted my credit card company, who were most unhelpful. It doesn’t seem to matter that there are so many customers who have been let down by this company, they should be red flagged and stopped from trading. I don’t think I will ever get a refund but will continue venting my anger wherever I can.

I've been trying to get a refund since October 2025 and till to day I still have not received a refund.

Do not touch this company. Total rip off.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered some trainers, they sent the wrong size (2 sizes too small) then refused full refund or I had to pay to post them back to some random address in china. Don’t answer your direct questions on email, just send some drivel and ignore your questions.
Terrible service. Rubbish quality trainers as well.

scam company . my experience mirrors all other reviews . there should be a way of warning people before they get caught out like us . bank refunded me . sickens me knowing that so many people will fall into the same trap

I'd give zero stars if I could! Despite a UK registered office and phone number, goods come from China. Items take weeks to arrive then are poor quality and the sizing if completely off. Returns are impossible, with emails demanding you send photos of packaging and items so they can assess if they will accept a return, then advising you that they will give a 10% discount so you an keep items. When they eventually agree to a return, it turns out you have to choose a trackable service all the way back to China!
Seriously, do not spend money with these people, I will hopefully be using chargeback to get my money back, otherwise an expensive mistake.

Perry Streetwear should've been shut down months ago. My experience was in early September.
Your best bet is to contact Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline on 0808 223 1133. The company is registered at Companies House is BM Ecom Ltd.
You can probably get your money back using 'Chargeback' (I've done this) which is a card purchase protection scheme operated by Visa (and other cards) which can be accessed through your bank. The money will be returned from Perry Streetwear's Bank :-)

Terrible service , firstly they advised delayed arrival so I ask to cancel and they said no as too late and when items eventually arrived they were completely different design colour and material . So they claim to get refund I have to post to China with tracking service or risk no refund and on return they will decide what percentage I am entitled too. Avoid

My word, one of the worst products I have ever bought! I purchased a leather rucksack, it arrived 4 weeks late, was fake plastic, and the zip failed after less than 4 weeks of use. AVOID!!

Ordered over 3 weeks ago finally arrived supposed to be size large more like small can't be bothered with the aggro of sending back so put it a charity bag what a complete waste of money.

Ordered a coat. Daughter did not like it, poorly made not warm and did not fit. Company would not refund. Clearly an AI bot.

Goods ordered took 4 weeks to arrive. The company stated it was in the UK, it is in China.
The trainers weren’t suitable for wear and very poor quality. They offered me 10% refund which they increased to 20% after negotiation.
Regarding return they expect the customer to return with record of postage , to China ( I don’t think so)
A rip off company DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
