Im at the point where i think I need to get a lawyer. I did a career test for $1 had no clue it was a subscription they tried to charge my card $39.95. I went to go cancel my subscription and put my email in and it’s saying there’s no active account with that email! so why am i getting charged?? The number online is fake and they don’t answer their emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! they are a SCAM!!

Hi, we're sorry to hear about this experience. An account is normally created automatically at the time of purchase, and the email that needs to be entered to cancel is specifically the one used at checkout — that's sometimes different from what you'd expect, so it may be worth checking your inbox (including spam) for the original confirmation email to see which address was used.
We'd like to get this sorted for you directly — please reach out to us at https://persolibrary.com/contact-us with your purchase details (approximate date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card used) so our team can locate the account and resolve the charge.

Hi, thank you for pointing this out — that's helpful feedback, and we'll make sure it's passed along so the age ranges can better reflect everyone taking the test.
Charge you extra $$$
They market their test being free then ask for $2 for the results. Then they end up charging you $35 for a subscription. The test wasn’t even worth the $2 They are a shady company offering a weak product for a chance to catch you off guard and charge you extra. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR PRODUCT

Hi, thank you for sharing this — we're sorry the plan structure wasn't clear to you.
The initial charge covers a short trial, and if it isn't cancelled before that trial ends, it continues automatically as a recurring plan, which is disclosed at checkout and in our Terms.
Cancelling is meant to be simple and can be done anytime at https://persolibrary.com/cancel-sub. If you'd like us to take a closer look at your specific charges, reach out to us at https://persolibrary.com/contact-us.

Information about the items on the test…Lacking in Specificity
Information about the items on the test were not very specific., I'm not stupid, I didn't get what I hoped to find out. Sorry I spent the money, little as it was.
