I was excited about taking the quiz

I was excited about taking the quiz, especially because it was though the AARP website. I paid the 98cents or $1 and next thing you know, they were trying to charge me $39.00 as well for a something that i thought was a one-time fee. Very shady company. Don't get caught up in the hype.

Very poor customer service

I am being charged and I provided a screenshot of that charge, the date and the associated transaction number. I was in contact with Ella and explained that I had tried to cancel on their website with all known emails that I use and non were recognized. I provided each of the emails. She would only say that the email that I wrote in with was not registered. She was unable or unwilling to acknowledge and assist with my request for assistance. I was ghosted after an several emails. My next step is to request a charge back from the bank

Purchased a one time offer for $1 and


Purchased a one time offer for $1 and ended up being charged $39.99. They were not clear that there was going to be a monthly subscription fee, and were useless when I asked for a refund. You also have to email to cancel the subscription. Pathetic and greedy company
