The bed I received was not the bed. I was supposed to get after months of waiting for a response. I finally had to call back. And the lady that was in charge with it wasn't working there. No more, so it was sitting on her desk. In other words, nothing got done. And I am stuck with a bed that I didn't order because a timelime is too long.
About everything they told me was gonna happen. Did not happen very dissatisfied with the whole company. I've contacted a many times with no response to get anything solved.

The purchase and installation were performed as advertised.
The personnel involved with the installation were helpful and friendly in setting up and operating the bed

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the bladder after having the product for almost three years. Called customer service and it was immediately resolved.

You all are always consistent with the quality of products offered. I've had my bed for years and still love it. I always order my sheets and mattress protectors through you. Just received my last order and sheets were soft as butter!

The quoting and ordering process was very smooth! Delivery was made in 4 weeks, which is exactly what was quoted!

We were pleasantly surprised when we unpacked the mattresses - they were already assembled! All we had to do was put them on the frames (Split King, Twin XL), connect the air lines, and pump the mattresses up!

The combination of adjustable frames and mattresses have allowed my wife to sleep in the bed again, something she's not been able to do since her surgery for breast cancer! She's DEFINITELY a happy camper now!! And so am I (..happy wife, happy life.....) Thank You!!

Replaced our mattress

Called about a warranty issue as one of the air chambers was losing air. The rep who answered the phone was great to work with, pulled up my account immediately and got the replacement air chamber out quickly.

People who know what they're doing providing real solutions.

One of the best customer service experiences. Alo of our questions were answered, no sales pressure. RJ did a great job and was a God send. Thank you so much. We made a $6,000 purchase and I am looking forward to keeping better.

There was a discrepancy between what we were told by the sales staff and what was shipped but after having to threaten shipping it all back, the company made it right. It is the only reason I give them a four star review.

The app doesnt work - fukn aholes. I had to pay extra for your 15 cent remote after alreadt spending 3k on your air mattress. $50..... Will never touch another Personal Comfort product and will only ever talk bad of your brand and name.

I hope Personal Comfort only ever deals with people as terrible as your scamming selves.

5th purchase through Personal comfort. Love these beds. Comfortable and perfectly adjustable to the way you want it! Sales great to deal with.

This is the second mattress we had to replace in less than two years at a cost of $150+ per mattress. There seems to be an issue with leaking air. I am kind of disappointed about that. The bed is only a few years old. Did not expect that this would be an issue when we purchased our twin bed.

Also, I had to replace a controller on my wife’s side of the bed which went bad. I believe that was around $100. Plus, the controller on my side of the bed is peeling. I don’t want to pay another hundred dollars just to replace that for a cosmetic issue, but it looks crappy.

Lonnie was a great help, but someone in the shipping department did not follow through until Lonnie checked out as to why the shipment was not sent. If the order had been shipped sooner, this would have been a five star.

then when things were still bad me had to replace a bed for over $300

Your customer service is above most . Lonnie was courteous.and knowledgeable . Helped me with my problem and got my part to me in remarkably time .

This is the second bed I’ve bought from them. This is the best bed esp if you have back issues.They always answer the phone and ALWAYS speak English. No long holds and extremely friendly and helpful.

Customer Service was great! Took longer to arrive than expected but it's here and working good.
