A representative reached out after I ordered a moving kit online to inquire the purpose of my request. The rep was polite and friendly. She submitted a request on my behalf for instructions on how to deconstruct the flex head base since we are moving. The downfall is I never received instructions.

Personal Comfort's Customer Service is top notch.

I needed a new air chamber for my mattress, I called customer service and spoke to Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn was outstanding. She was so kind and knowledgeable in correcting my problem. After some quick troubleshooting, she had a new air chamber shipped to me within a few days. The persons in charge of the company should recognize that Kaitlyn is a very valuable asset to the company, she is the voice of Personal Comfort when customers call for assistance.
I am so pleased with the Customer Service with Personal Comfort. I am so glad that I purchased my bed with this company. It's very satisfying to know that Personal Comfort stands behind their products.
I love my mattress, and I will purchase again if the need arises in the future, and I will definitely recommend Personal Comfort to my friends.

We finally got to sleep in it in our camper and we love!!

Wish I would have purchased this bed a long time ago. Easy to set up. Worth the money. Awesome customer service. 1 little problem that they took care of immediately. If your thinking about getting one, stop! And BUY the bed now. You won't regret it. Sleep so good now. Wake up feeling great and sleep all night now. The bed is way better than I expected. I went back and forth about getting one for many years. Don't make my mistake by waiting so long. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and got it to my apartment by myself. Don't be worried about any part of setup. Easy. Does have some weight to the base but you'll be glad once it's setup. Not going anywhere. I have flex head so not sure on bases without. Has to be less weight but still solid frame either way I would imagine. FYI go with flex base. Raising head and feet and kicking on message is nice. If your reading these your thinking about it. DO IT!

Accurate troubleshooting methods resulted in Identifying the issue and suggesting the correct part to be ordered. The part was receive in a timely manner!

Got the wrong product

Called and ordered bed. Sales manager was very helpful and great. The only problem after was not contacted again about service again. Bed says it was in process. Shipper called the day it was delivered. Did not have any notice. Before that. Everything else was great. Set up very easy,well packaged. Nothing to assemble except for the screw in legs. Bed is great. Don't take long to find your comfort zone.

Such a help with getting my situation resolved quickly. I am continuously impressed by this company.

Fast shipping and great service

This is our 2nd Personal Comfort mattress. Before purchasing I had wanted to try an adjustable air bed with base. I did a whole bunch of research and decided to give PC a try. We LOVED the mattress and base. What do I love... The bed is in my opinion, the best quality on the market. The sides are sturdy when you sit, you do not sink down to the base. Also you don't feel like you're going to bounce out of the bed when rolling over (like the competitor.) The top of the mattress unzips for cleaning and adjusting comforter layers. The bottom unzips so you can replace any part of the bed, if needed and the bed has 45 adjustment settings! We just upgraded from a Queen (5yrs, still in excellent condition) to a split King. Wow! Wish I had done that sooner. Anyway if you are tired of regular mattresses that aren't giving you a bang for your buck, give this company a try. You won't regret it.

I got all my items except the in home setup. Personal Comfort I would recommend to anyone because of quality, understanding and patience. And issues they get back to you right away. 1-2 days tops.

We are very pleased with our bed purchase. We believe that both of us are sleeping better.

Pieces missing from order.. Called and left message and never received a call back... Headboard predrilled holes didn't line up.. Don't even think we received the right bed.. Oh well, live and learn.. Will shop elsewhere and not recommend them..

We are not happy with Personal Comfort bed company as far as our current mattress deflating/warranty problem is being handled. We purchased bed just over 5 years ago before having a problem that required calling PC for a replacement. Now we have been at this for almost a month trying to get the mattress deflation problem fixed which required figuring out whether the mattress or pump was leaking. As of today is seems the mattress was the issue so we can keep the original pump system which is far superior to the new cheap plastic model that requires an app!
