Great company, great service. Andrew helped me navigate extremely difficult, stressful situations with a kind, calm professionalism that made everything seem manageable. Andrew is reassuring, knowledgeable and worth every penny!

Andrew took plenty of time to analyse my position as the Personal Guarantees were very complicated. He very quickly formulated a plan and negotiated settlement of the P.Gs to my advantage even though it was a lengthy process. I have recently used the services of Personal Guarantees UK to assist me with the insolvency of my limited company.
I had appointed a liquidator who directed me to to get assistance with an overdrawn directors loan account and a loan I had guaranteed myself.
I have just settled the directors loan account for a reasonable amount.

If you're reading this you're in trouble, stress, sleepless night's, bankruptcy and home repossessed are all threatened and you're wondering what on earth you can do. I've been working with Personal Guarantees UK for nearly 5 months now after having to liquidate my business which was carrying a great deal of debt, and had a number of PG's.
