Hi Iain,

I've looked into your order. I can see that if you scroll down to the products section, you can view which designs are applied to which items, so I'm not sure why this isn't working for you? Next to each product there is a designs tab, which is active by default and shows images of each design on each product. If you want to add a new product, simply click on add another product to my order, and when you add the designs you want, choose them from your library to add them to your order page.

Also I can see from the chat transcript, that we repeatedly said that we were currently working on your email sent to us at 14:38 that day, and you seemed to keep getting increasingly angry that we weren't doing that, even though we were? Please read the transcript below. Niamh is explaining that we have a 24 hour reply policy as a maximum, but that we are literally working on your order at the time (10 minutes after it was received by us)

[14:44] V1771888930152440 : so I have to wait until tomorrow now due to your colleague having the order wrong
[14:44] V1771888930152440 : sorry....i'm just very frsutrated
[14:44] Niamh Watkins : as mentioned, my colleague is already currently working on your order from the email received at 14:38. the 24hour policy means we have up to 24 hours to respond during the working week
[14:45] V1771888930152440 : so because he got my request wrong, I have to wait another 24 hours
[14:45] Niamh Watkins : i believe you are getting a tad confused. my colleague is currently working on your order from your email from 14:38 tpday
[14:45] Niamh Watkins : so you will get a response as soon as she has finished working on the order
[14:46] V1771888930152440 : I am not getting confused
[14:46] V1771888930152440 : I requested my quote yesterday and the reply I received has the wrong t-shirts in it
[14:46] V1771888930152440 : your colleague has once again included GD01
[14:47] V1771888930152440 : this is wrong
[14:47] Niamh Watkins : and as stated this is currently being corrected as per your email seny over at 14:38
[14:47] V1771888930152440 : so am I right
[14:47] V1771888930152440 : your mistkae is costing us another day
[14:48] Niamh Watkins : i'm sorry but can you please confirm what you mean by 'so am i right?' your order is currently being worked on
[14:48] Niamh Watkins : we are only human so mistakes can be made, we are now getting the order corrected per your request sent over at 14:38 today
[14:48] Niamh Watkins : we are currently replying well within our 24 hour policy
[14:49] V1771888930152440 : ok, I really don't want to have to do this as I was very happy with the design and the prints but your website and customer service means I am going to take our business elswhere. Even now, the stance is its not us its you
[14:49] V1771888930152440 : not an apology for getting my request wrong
[14:49] V1771888930152440 : I'm simply told I just have to wait
[14:50] Niamh Watkins : i was advising that you order is currently being worked on by our team so i cannot work on an order which someone else is currently working on. so you will get a reply via email once this has been compelted by my colleague

Thanks,
Rob

Hi Robert, Are you sure you have the right company? I have searched your email. There are no orders on our system under that email address?

I have also done a search on Alan Teader on our emails.
And the only thing that has popped up is Alan setting up a shop. There is no mention of any missing items.
I can also see under Alan’s email, and your email there are no orders on our system.

Have you got an order number or an email of who did the order?
So we can then take a deeper look into this for you?

Any further questions, please let us know.
As we would be more than happy to help.
