I am over the moon with how it has turned out said it was going to come Tuesday when I ordered Thursday it came the next day great quality looks just like how it is online they sent a messaged to ask if I am happy with it before sending aswell couldn’t be more happy!

Very impressed - I ordered and had a draft to approve within 20 mins! They made a couple of changes for me and were very responsive. The gifts arrived the next day (I paid for express delivery as needed them quickly) and are exactly what I wanted!

Ordered a last minute frame and within 10 minutes the template was WhatsApped to me just the way I wanted it. I opted for next day delivery on Friday and received it first think Saturday morning. The frame was of amazing quality and perfect size. The perfect Ummrah gift.

The delivery service was very poor and did not meet expectations, paid for next day delivery and it arrived 5 days later, asked for refund for delivery was refused, unhappy customer and wouldn't recommend the service if you need a quick dispatch, delay was not clearly communicated with me nor taken responsibility for .

I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday gift for my husband with a personalised message, but when it arrived, the message had been changed and was not what I requested. I contacted customer service to have this investigated, but I never received a response. Very poor service — I won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. I ordered an acrylic plaque. The quality is very cheap and when i asked them about it they said this us a high quality acrylic. This was my first and last order, I will not be ordering from them again!
