They have a ton of cool gifts. I was able to order while residing in the US for a friend there in the UK. The website had a malfunction so I didn't get a confirmation number for the order. I saw my bank account was drafted for the amount so I emailed customer support. They were able to confirm the order did go through and was dispatched. I really liked the ease of ordering and the different gifts that were available. Will definitely be using them again.

Item not delivered 10 days after dispatch. No tracking info available from Royal Mail. Went onto your website and the links to the seller didnât work. Ended up having to look up your co tact detail and those of the seller to make direct contact. I will never buy through Mit on the high street again.
Item not received and no response from seller. Response from NOTHS also too slow.
Placed an order on 11th for a birthday on 19th - product says it would be delivered by 14th. By 17th there was no sign of it. Messaged the seller, but no reply after 24 hours. Messaged NOTHS, but no reply after 2 days, which took me past the deadline, so I had to find another gift elsewhere. Only after emailing NOTHS a second time did they reply, finally issuing a refund. Still no response from the seller in all this time. One star for issuing a refund, but the whole experience was very disappointing, and the system clearly needs to be improved.
No Motherâs Day gift received, no communication
I ordered a Motherâs Day gift well in advance. The company within the NotontheHighStreet brand (Musketeers of Norwich) didnât update me on the progress at all but I noticed on my order that it said it should be received the day before Motherâs Day. There were no updates beforehand and lo and behold, she didnât receive her gift! I message them and they gave some rubbish excuse about the âwrong oils being sentââŠ.they then promised she would have it the next day. We all know how it goes - nothing, zilch. De nada! I did receive a refund but no apologies.

Donât value their customers
I ordered an item for Motherâs Day, which was lost by Evri and confirmed via email by Evri that the item had been lost and they couldnât locate it.
When I contacted not on the high street, they blamed me for this claiming it was due to an incomplete delivery address but the item hadnât even been delivered, it was completely lost.
They are refusing to help, claiming that the small business canât afford to be out of pocket - but apparently I can!
They should be seeking reimbursement through Evri as they had lost the item, rather than their customer who will not be shopping with them again.

False advertising, promised delivery before mothers day

This is false advertising, if you can control your supply chain and use royal fail for deliveries, well, these are your business decisions that your company is responsible for. I have been in touch twice with James. The first time I was advised to contact the seller. This proved impossible as the return query e. mail address was not accepted. When I finally managed to contact the seller, the faulty item was deemed unreturnable. I again contacted James, who contacted the seller. The result was a refund. James was such a good help, a boon for us older customers who are not good with tech!!

Love the items / sellers promoted by 'Not on the High Street'. Great customer support. The returns process needs to be made easier. I would not recommend 'Not on the High Street' to family and friends, and certainly not the seller used in this instance. This has been amended due to the seller's comments.
