I ordered two personalised Father’s Day keyrings on 13 August, and they arrived on 21 September.

The positives first: the metal quality is excellent. The dog tags are thick, solid, and feel like a premium product. One of my keyrings, which used a photo insert, looks beautiful.

The downside was the engraved military tag. The image is a little grainy than the preview on the website but still looks good. Delivery also took over 5 weeks, which was much longer than advertised.

To be fair, the company did respond to my emails and communicated throughout the delay. Overall, good quality materials, but inconsistent photo engraving and very slow shipping.

Terrible service, terrible support. Poor quality items, longer than advertised shipping time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Such an awful experience, very regretful using this company.

I have used this company for 4 different gift occasions now and they have never disappointed. Great communication and customers service. Highly recommend. ⭐️
