Love my diary

I bought a hardcover planner and it was impossible to use because it didn't open 180⁰, it was really really hard to write. I would suggest to build it flexible.
Then, I bought the spiral planner and I like it. As a suggestion, it would be great to have the option to save the planner customization rather than build it from scratch.
Another suggestion about the ruler: it would be great to have the black printed option as the white one is no readable.

I was a bit disappointed with how my calendar was packed. It looked like everything was just thrown in the box, nothing fancy about it…

Getting the gift code was a nightmare for my friend who gifted it to me. While I appreciate limited packaging for $100 I expected the pens to be in some kind of container or nice packaging. I haven't use them yet and I'm convened about the quality from my experience so far I'm not optimistic.

I love the ability to build my planner pages to have exactly what I want in them.

Jeg havde glædet mig enormt meget til min kalender, sagde til min familie hver dag indtil jeg modtog den "ej jeg glæder mig til min pakke kommer hjem", men da jeg fik den, opstod der et problem dsv, jeg kontaktede kundeservice. Jeg blev mødt med hurtige svar, stor forståelse og virkelig god hjælp hele vejen igennem.
Man kunne tydeligt mærke, at der sad et menneske i den anden ende, som gerne ville hjælpe og finde en løsning. Jeg følte mig lyttet til og taget seriøst, og det betyder virkelig meget. Stor ros for venlig og professionel kundeservice. Det var som om man sad og skrev på sms med dem fordi de svarede så hurtigt, men det var gennem mail, deres produkter er sindsygt flotte!!

The 2026 range of covers use AI images, this is extremely disappointing to see companies using AI instead of paying and supporting artists.

I see in another post you responded saying you don't distance yourself from AI and that you have no intention of limiting yourself to one type of art or another, however this is not about limiting yourself, AI generated images is largely generated on stolen work from real artists and is not simply a new technique.

I love being able to start my calendar to match our school calendar. Adding family birthday and events and importing those each year is wonderful. Shipping is fast and the product is a great quality. I love keeping my planners and looking back on events. I use them a little as a bullet journal too. I recommend them to everyone!

I love this company and have been ordering my planners for years from here. I love the personalization choices ypu have. The bad thing is the tariff charges now for shipping to the U.S.

I need a more prominent place for “to dos”. Also pages are hard to turn.

Shopping was easy, finding what I wanted was easy, ordering was easy, shipping is a tad slow, had to wait almost a month for it to arrive and tracking was great until package got to the states and changed carriers, I know that’s not in the company’s control,

Overall I love my planner, it’s a good size, lots of room for writing and such and it fits into my purse which is a bonus. Use it everyday.

Great planner—I found personalplanner.com because I really wanted a vertical layout and my last planner was discontinued, and I love all the customization options. People who order from this company seem very likely to care deeply about their planners and prefer physical media. But it’s heartbreaking that on closer look the cover clearly seems like AI art. I feel shame when carrying and looking at it now, when it should bring me joy.

I ordered a custom planner for 2026 on December 1, 2025 (order 2923975) and I selected the cover with colorful painted fruit and abstract leaves from the “Soulful Scenes” category. For example, the bottom right corner, some fruits clearly don’t make sense (mutant grapefruit and weird black thing and mini banana.) A lot of stems don’t make sense either (e.g. leaves and grapes) in a way that goes beyond human decisions.

Me and others want to be loyal customers to personalplanner.com, but you ruin our trust and cheapen your product by trying to silently pass off AI art. A cover is so important to a planner, that’s why you offer so many options. I would happily pay an extra $3 for a cover that I can know support an artist—and it adds a sense of luxury. (See the art from the journal brand Papier for example.) Plus you can still offer options like solid color or geometric patterns at a regular price.
