Personal Villas was great to work with to find a villa for our group. Casa Cana was exceptional — beautiful and modern. Our group of 8 couples had plenty of space to gather as well as enjoy privacy. The pool, game room, and home gym made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. Our butler/waiter Ovi, and the entire villa staff were excellent — the food was amazing, and the service was warm, super attentive, and they made us feel completely at home. The concierge/guest services team was outstanding. Extremely organized and responsive and handled every detail before and during our stay and everything went flawlessly. Combined with everything Casa de Campo has to offer, it was the perfect setting to enjoy our group birthday celebration.

Everything was amazing! The best part of planning for me, as the planner, was the terrific communication. The concierge was very good at communicating and took care of every detail. Of course, the house was incredible, the views, spaces, and staff. House cleaned daily, with daily laundry service, so pack less than you think. Chef was very attentive to our needs and set the kids up to cook their late-night meals:). Would go back for sure.

Our concierge was absolutely perfect. She was kind, polite, professional and responded to every request immediately. She was so easy and nice to work with. The housekeeping staff was amazing too. And our chef Juan was brilliant! So talented and so accommodating. We had the best week!!

Our stay at the villas in the Dominican Republic was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive—always professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure every detail was taken care of. The accommodations were spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our entire group. Most importantly, the overall experience was truly memorable for both our team and our clients. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would gladly return again.

the house was perfect! modern, clean, and felt like home versus a rental. I have been renting in the DR for 10 years and Ovi, the butler, was the best I have had. he speaks English nearly perfect. he is attentive. always there to help. and makes the best fresh margaritas!

The house was gorgeous and felt brand new. Great location, great space and gorgeous pool area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We hope to be back again!

Great location! Charming house with great A/C in the bedroom! The property managers were extremely nice and attentive! Negatives were no coffee provided, terrible ant problem in the kitchen area, housekeepers that came too early each day, uncomfortable mattresses, bugs in the bathroom. Would not rent this house again.

The villa was beautiful. However, concerned by lack of towels, not planning for day off from cleaning and supplying towels and amenities to carry over until Monday. WIFI was awful and shut off at 11pm. Only one safe working; one shower head broken; major leak in a vent . Management told. They were a little defensive about giving towels on holiday. No great problem solving and we had no towels. Beach towels not replenished daily. Difficulty operating washing machines, showers, and stove.Helpful to have a book outlining directions on using appliances and reminders of cleaning procedures and how to request more amenities in preparation for holiday. For price point, these issues should not have happened. I am an VRBO owner and these things would not have happened and we would found a way to supply towels. Customer service first.

The property description was as accurate as any we've ever seen on listing websites. What you see on the listing is absolutely what you get. We were two people in a home that easily accommodates six - we have zero complaints about the space and the decor.

There are a few things that could have made the experience a little better. Some the owners can address - others relate to the location.

The back of the home is adjacent to an area that is fairly rustic. For us, at the end of the rainy season, this meant we couldn't use it very much because of the mosquitos. The dining room is in this area. Despite five citronella candles and dousing ourselves with insect repellant, we were bitten fairly comprehensively. Even the front, which faces West, was very buggy.

This would not be a problem at other times of the year - but it meant that we pretty much couldn't go outside at the house for the 11 days we stayed there.

The pool is in the back too - it doesn't get much sun - and was way too cold for us to use. Fine for a plunge pool when it's seriously warm, but unusable for us.

The only other quibble we have is that the kitchen is fairly good, but no blender, no food processor - good enough, but a long way from the best place we've stayed.

Again - look at the pictures. This is exactly what you'll get. You're a five minute walk from great restaurants and the beach. If you don't want to cook, you don't need to.

We enjoyed our 11 nights - the reasons for four rather than five stars should be pretty clear from these notes.

The staff at Personal Villas is fantastic ! They arranged our Fast Track entry, excursions, and Paddleboard rentals for our visit. They kept us posted in advance and throughout our experiences.

Personal Villas representatives were extremely professional and courteous. They provided concierge service: had a rental car waiting for us at the ferry and the villa stocked with food. My family and I stayed at the "Milonga" Villa which was perfect set up for us (7 adutls). The villas views are exytrodinary and stocked with ALL the amenities for a great stay (and AC in every room and daily housekeeping)!

The company provided wonderful services like an on-call doctor and help with issues off site like car problems. I didn't need to use the services, but the fact they were a call away gave me peace of mind. The staff were all lovely to work with at the villa, both helping take care of our daily needs and flexibility when we were not showing up on time. Wonderful experience.

I would recommend renting Villa Astra for it's convenient location and lovely view. The layout is efficient, but the furnishings/decorations could be upgraded. The owners treat it very much like a hotel with no amenities like access to laundry machines, kitchen food staples (salt,pepper,oil,vinegar,etc) and modest beach essentials like umbrellas and chairs. With our own vacation rental homes in the U.S. we provide all of those amenities. Housekeeping was great and kept the home clean & tidy. The property management team was also super responsive. In closing, Villa Astra felt less like a home and more like a hotel accommodation or furnished business apartment...very transactional. Not a bad thing, just not a 5 star rating.

The villa itself was absolutely stunning, boasting a great outdoor space with breathtaking views. The staff were truly amazing, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Gerald, one of the standout staff members, was always ready to assist and support.

The villa was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and generously spaced in a fantastic location. While everything was perfect, having ice bags available would have been a nice touch, given the heat. However, this was a minor detail and did not detract from our overall experience.

Overall, our stay was very good, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

The staff were amazing!! They were very accommodating. We made wonderful family memories there. The House was beautiful!! We want to return again. We have shared with all my friends.

Bell'Mare is a lovely villa with an amazing view of Oyster Bay. We explored many beaches around the island and spent great afternoons by the pool at the villa. The three master suites were perfect for three couples. Any requests or needs we had were promptly handled by the Personal Villas staff.

We really enjoyed the location, beautiful grounds and pool area. It was quiet and a perfect home base for our Barbados trip. Housekeeping was a nice surprise. I had no idea it was included when I booked. A/C was great. We enjoyed the porch. The plunge pool was ok but not of much use. I would recommend updating the VRBO listing which states there are 2 king beds - there was only one. A washer was helpful but having a dryer would be an important addition. VRBO listing shows there is a dryer and this is something most rentals have. To add to the positive experience for others consider having a guide book with local recommendations, instructions for use of the unit such as how to use the appliances, check out times and expectation. Guest books are nice to have so renters can share suggestions with each other. Adding some light blankets and soap and shampoo in both full bathrooms would be nice.
Mattresses were extremely firm. The twin mattresses were painful to sleep on.

Incredible St Bart’s villa. Big views, lots of outdoor space in the sun or in the shade. The pool was perfect for cooling off and keeping the kids busy. No where else in the Caribbean can compare. Booking was easy and the concierge help was exceptional.

We absolutely loved Villa Kaya. We are a family of 6 ( 3 couples). The ocean view, furnishings, heated pool & location were all amazing!
We will return!!
