I’ve had the occasion to use Personal Villas twice in the past year for two different rentals in St. Martin and Sint Maarten, both exceptional. Robert’s managing of all of our needs in St. Martin last year made everything from airport transfers to grocery stocking seamless. We were so impressed we immediately reached out to have Robert source another villa in Sint Maarten for this year. Robert made all the same arrangements plus sourced paddleboard rentals...then Covid-19 became an issue. When we eventually admitted we had to cancel or risk not getting back to Canada due to government/airline restrictions, Robert and Personal Villas turned our disappointment into relief offering to credit our 11 night villa stay to another trip when the world gets back to normal. Unbelievable! This show of goodwill will be front of mind as we make trips in the decades to come...Personal Villas, and Robert, thank you...we’ll be back!

What an amazing stay in Mexico! Impeccably clean and hospitable service, and the views were to die for. The excursions were so easy to plan and the food was delicious. I've been back 3 weeks and I'm still raving about it to everyone. Highly recommend!

Spent 10 days at Casa de Campo with my family over the Easter holidays. It was my first time to Casa de Campo and to the Dominican Republic. Robert was a pleasure to deal with. He recommended a beautiful villa near Minitas beach and organized an extra golf cart for the family which gave everyone flexibility with activities. Check in was smooth, the villa was as described. We chose to have the fridge stocked and did groceries as well during our stay. We would be happy to book our next family holiday with Robert and his team.

Loved our villa in Puerto Vallarta! Our chef was incredible! It was so nice to arrange our meals and excursions in advance. As a large group, we really appreciated getting matched with the right house for our family reunion. Excellent service! The grandkids had a lovely time, we're already talking about going back next Christmas!

This was a trip we'd been planning for 5+ years, and when we arrived at Mes Amis we knew we'd hit the jackpot. Service was phenomenal before, during and after our stay. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!! Thank you to Robert, Mehdi, Judith and Lucien for making all our dreams come true. We hope to return again one day.

Our experience at Yarari Royale was superb! Robert and our concierge helped to ensure that every detail was taken care of before we arrived. Upon arrival, they worked to ensure that we were more than happy with everything in the house, from the food to the bedroom setup to our daily schedule. We were three families - 13 people - and the house was more than big enough for all of us. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The pool area is perfect for a large group. The food was absolutely delicious! Our chef was the best. The whole staff was very attentive and helpful when needed. Eden Roc is absolutely beautiful and easy to access via golf carts. I would highly recommend the Yarari Royale experience to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation with a large grou.

PERFECT! We enjoyed a perfect vacation at Mes Amis. Robert was wonderful to work with and quickly answered our many questions and easily handled any confusion. Traveling with 23 adults is difficult, Robert and his team made it easy- and fun!
