I was wondering if you already found our customer portal? In PestScan’s Customer Portal, you can conduct lots of analysis and create graphics.

Works well if not upgraded

Of course, a lot room for improvement exists.
My biggest concern is the whole SW upgrade procedure - communication, release notes and especially decreased functionality after each upgrade for a week or two.

Kunden haben jederzeit volle Transparenz über die Befallssituation aller Standorte, die ergriffenen Maßnahmen, alle Dokumente und Berichte.
Dadurch entfällt die manuelle Überprüfung des Fallenstatus, die lückenlosen Dokumentation und die Verkürzung der Wege (Bericht sofort per Mail) Schädlingsbekämpfer können Ihren Kunden ein wesentlich effektiveres Service anbieten.

Weniger ist manchmal mehr
Der Support ist Verbesserungsfähig. So gibt es noch offene Fragen ohne Antwort die älter als 3 Monate sind. Die Endkunden bemängeln die neuen Versionen. Aufgrund der nun fehlenden Strukturen bei Verläufen.
Die Übersetzung ist stellenweise Grenzwertig.
