Kamil was very personable and helpful, discussing all the possibilities of the treatments, and their outcomes that were offered by Pest UK.

The guy who treated the wasp nest was knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain things and show us where the wasps were coming in and successfully treated the nest.

I will Never use this company ever again.
The problem was never resolved and when i approached management about the service that i felt wasn’t done effectively. All the excuses you could offer came out. there was no refund offered. No 2nd visit was offered i even sent proof photo but nope still not interested. will NOT !be using this company again and certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone.

Think you should have sent someone to check before recommending action. The person who came arrived an hour after he was scheduled.

Contacted this company as I spotted a rat in my kitchen which ran under a base unit. While I was waiting for someone to call I put my own baited trap under there, 5 minutes later, I heard it snap. Technician came, had a look and yes, the rat was dead in the trap. He put it in a bag to dispose of, and filled a small hole in the skirting board with wire wool. He then reset my trap and put it back under the unit and also put a tiny pkt of poison there. I explained to him that I'd had a rat last year, and a guy (from the same company) came, found a hole under the garden path, looked in the sewer/inspection drain I have - right outside the kitchen, went throughout my house, checked cupboards etc. This other guy did none of that. I asked him if he was going to check the sewer drain and he refused, saying he hadn't got any bait to put down there anyway, as it was on order(?) how often do they run out of stock then? Didn't look in my kitchen base cupboards, laid no bait traps, didn't have a look around to even find where/how it had even got into my house, nothing, except for when I told him about the last guy finding a hole under the path and only then did he go out to have a look, where there WAS another hole, which he covered up with my garden shale, and that was it. Told me £200 (would've been more but got a discount as I was a returning customer) which I paid. Said he'd come back in 2 weeks time to check. Check on what?? He'd hardly done anything in probably less than 15/20 minutes, if that. After a few days pondering about it, let alone being terrified of any more getting in, I rang them this morning to ask if someone was going to come back and at least inspect the sewer drain, and after humming and hahhing, they told me drains were a separate issue and did I want to have a rat blocker valve installed in the sewer drain! I notice someone else said they do half a job on Trust Pilot. Consequently I've had to pay for more rat traps, and the equipment for someone to ratproof that hole outside, and the rest of the skirting board.I'm a pensioner and I can't afford to spend £10 a minute on a job not well done. Won't be using Pest UK again.
