I had wasps nest above my front door…
I had wasps nest above my front door canopy. Dean came sprayed insecticide, many wasps died but the wasps returned dean promised to return after 3weeks and he was true to his word, fingers crossed job done.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am making a formal complaint regarding the pest-control services provided at my property, for which I have paid approximately £600.
A rat has returned to the kitchen the very next day following your treatment. This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about whether the pest-control service has been effective.
There are vulnerable people living at the property, including a 3-year-old child and an adult with arthritis. The continued presence of rats in the kitchen is unacceptable and is causing serious concern regarding hygiene and the safety of the household.
I contacted your office immediately after the rat was seen. I was initially told that the technician was off. When I called again the following morning, I was told that he could not attend that day. When I called again in the evening to explain the seriousness of the situation, one of your staff members ended the telephone call by hanging up.
I have paid a substantial amount of money for this service and I expect the agreed pest-control treatment to be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
I therefore require you to:
1. Arrange an urgent inspection and effective further treatment at no additional cost.
2. Explain why the rat has returned immediately after the treatment.
3. Explain what further measures will be taken to prevent the infestation from continuing.
4. Provide a written response regarding the way my calls were handled, including the member of staff who ended the call.
5. Confirm what remedy you are offering in relation to the approximately £600 I have paid if you are unable to resolve the problem promptly.
Please treat this as a formal complaint. I require a written response and an urgent appointment, given the presence of a young child and a vulnerable adult at the property.
If this matter is not resolved, I will consider escalating the complaint through the appropriate consumer and industry channels and seeking advice regarding my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Thank you for your feedback. We've made repeated attempts to resolve this, contacting you by both phone and email to arrange a return visit, but we've not been granted access to the site. We can't complete or correct any work without being able to attend, so until access is possible, there's nothing further we're able to do.
Very quick service
Very quick response to a request for destroying a hornets nest located on the sofet of my house - from phone call and arrival of the friendly technician to who successfully eliminated the problem.
A bit expensive, but worth it.
I would recommend this company.

A Brilliant Service Provided by Kamil & Ollie
A brilliant service provided by Kamil & Ollie!!🌞They gave me great advice, & also some learning about the behaviour & habits of rodents!! They were so kind, patient, & understanding as I rambled on in a very stressed state!! I can't wait for them to return in 2 weeks, by which time hopefully, the rat problem will be dealt with!!🙏🏿 Further to that, Kamil's inspection report to me has been forwarded to the Estate Manager, who responded immediately by arranging for a Contractor to fill the holes in the nearby bin store - the most likely point of entry into my property😟 I would definitely recommend Pest UK Wednesbury - especially if Kamil & Ollie's high standard of professionism & excellent customer service is anything to go by!!🌞
