Good communication and did not have to…
Good communication and did not have to wait long for the wasp activity on my porch roof to be dealt with. Also option to WhatsApp which was effective and fast. Dave and colleague were pleasant and informative. The treatment was quick and an appropriate result i.e.the wasps were no more, a few spotted on day 2 which is normal. Was reassured to hear that Dave would be back if any activity resumed within the next 2 weeks which is included in the price. Was concerned that the insecticide might have been diluted in the rain later on but seems a great result after 1 week. Thank you for a prompt and friendly service.

You're spot on that a few stragglers on day two is normal, and good question on the rain, the treatment gets into the nest itself so a shower afterwards doesn't wash away the result, as your wasp-free week shows. And yes, if any activity resumes within the two weeks, Dave will be back out at no extra cost, that's all part of the price. Rat problem
Came on the same day as I phoned.
A lovely man called Dean arrived to sort out our garden rat problem. He can 4 times in total. He was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I had seen a rat on the camera just 3 days before his last visit. Over the 3 revisits the rats didn’t eat much poison (Nuneaton rats are obviously choosy!), but I’m hoping they will have been mostly exterminated.
It doesn’t help that there are chickens 3 doors away.

Choosy Nuneaton rats made us laugh, though it's a real thing, rats can be wary of new bait at first, and chickens nearby does mean a steady food source competing with it. I would never recommend this company to…
I would never recommend this company to anyone, i am disgusted with the way my 88 year old mum was treated when I arranged for pestuk to sort a problem with bed bugs. The bed bugs had infested my mums chair , don't know how, as my mum is a very clean person , finding the bugs caused my mum alot of stress , so we got rid of the chair , and arranged for pest uk to fumigate the property. Pest uk changed the arranged date to another date then didnt bother to turn up , when i called to ask where there technician was , I was told he had knocked on the door but didn't get an answer, so just went away ,Pestuk had my number , no one contacted me, it was not true no one knocked on my mums door ,as my mum has a ring door bell and glass fronted door , you can see anyone standing there , she was also sitting in her kitchen , in full view of the font door , my mum maybe 88 but she is of sound mind , does not have dementia , i cancelled them and had the stress of making alternative arrangements, all i wanted was a quick solution to a horrible problem, to avoid my mum getting to upset, all Pest uk did was make everything worse and didnt even offer an apology , if you want a problem sorted quickly then avoid this company.
I have communication via watsapp supporting my appointment made with pestuk and how you let my mum down , your reply is just an easy way of not owning up to your mistakes, you have shown how unprofessional your company is ,i can only hope that I'm believed and anyone reading my complaint will think twice about using your company, if ever they find themselves in the horrible circumstances my mum was in , your company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave you .
