From the moment I saw Pet Plus us on Facebook I thought that it was just what I was looking for, and I was right! I loved the way they looked and how much effort and detail they put into what I wanted and most importantly how they went the extra mile to make it look so much better, beautiful and unique. My 15 yr old Pug passed away about 2 months ago. 😕 I’ve been heartbroken & lost ever since. I came across this site on Facebook & decided to do a free trial for fun, because I missed him so much. They actually made me 3 poses for free to choose from (instead of only one) I was impressed with each & selected my favorite. But somehow I accidentally selected the wrong photo when I made my selection to buy. I wrote them right away & told them I made a mistake & asked for the different pose. I was relieved that they answered me very quickly, and happily made things right for me.
I’d definitely recommend this service! I was very pleased with my finished photo!

I entered my Email wrong and couldn’t receive my portraits after I purchased them. I found Mike easily from customer
service and he responded within 20 minutes with my photos to download.

Found Pet Plus on IG. Uploading photos was quite easy, many photo backgrounds to choose from. I needed help with adjusting some photos. Started a chat, response time was immediate. Mike helped me swapped some photos around and made some small adjustment. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

I love all of the options and the pictures look so realistic. I also like how fast they come back. These have provided so much comfort during our time of loss. We all miss our pup so much.

Very user friendly, product looks great and when I requested a minor change, thinking I would never hear from them, leas than 12 hours later, the correction was made and corrected photo was in my in box! Will definitely use this aite again!
