I’d been looking for a particular skirt for ages and finally found it on Petal & Pup.
I received excellent customer devices from Natalie after I had to exchange the skirt to a different size, then received a faulty item in return. Natalie was able to sort out a solution so I could get the correct size and not be out of pocket.
Very excited to have the skirt and will be a return P&P customer for sure!

Petal & Pup customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and my experience has so far been favorable with regards, to refunds, credits etc. I love the clothes and the great customer service makes the entire shopping experience very enjoyable. The clothes arrive quickly and are as pictured/described. I will continue to shop with Petal & Pup.

I purchased x2 tops from Petal & Pup and am very happy with my purchase. These items were shipped on the 17th of December but by the 7th of January I was concerned I hadn't received them yet but also understandingthat the postal setvice gets hammered over Christmastime. I contacted the team at Petal and Pup and they got back to me within a couple of hours, it was another day before they managed to locate the parcel and update the tracking information. After that the team was in touch every couple of days until it arrived at my doorstep. Even though the shipping took a while the team was incredible and went above and beyond in sorting the issue. Would absolutely shop from them again. One very happy customer!

Petal and pup are an amazing and efficient online retailer. I ordered my items and had my order within 24 hours.

I've ordered from Petal and Pup before and I'm going to keep ordering. Literally have placed 3 orders within 2 weeks. Aside from the cutest pieces and awesome quality, their customer service is amazing! I had a question and had the pleasure of emailing with Natalie. She was so nice, prompt and helped me with exactly what I needed seamlessly. We need more Natalie's! Can't wait to shop Petal and Pup some more.

An outstanding online shop when it comes to Customer Service. Although the dress was pretty, it was unfortunately too small for me. Elizabeth, in Customer Service was exceptional and very helpful and efficient. I received my parcel within a couple of days. My refund was organised quickly back into my account. I would highly recommend this site as it offers a wide range of clothing suitable for all ages.

Wow ! This online shop is seriously amazing, it’s not even about the clothes for me but the customer service and assistance to make my purchase seamless was outstanding . Customer service is top notch! Unfortunately there was a fault with one of my items I ordered, the team were quick, efficient and incredibly helpful at resolving this for me!

The customer service was extremely quick to respond, and to resolve my issue. All who helped me were very nice and responsive!

This was my first purchase from Petal & Pup and was a last minute decision - I ordered at 2pm and reached out to customer service for some help and I had my parcel on my doorstep less than 24 hours later - Brisbane to Adelaide. Outstanding customer service. So many great compliments on the dress I purchased too.

Marshanna and all the team at Petal & Pup are amazing. Prompt reply when emailing queries or DM on Instagram. Their customer service is always on point and I cannot fault their service! They always go the extra mile, especially when I’m purchasing between sites AUS & US.

Amazing customer service! Although I wasn't happy with the product purchased, it was a nice outfit but smallest size was too big, all the ladies that I spoke with were beyond excellent and extremely helpful with arranging a return and refund. They all took time to explain things clearly and provide me with the best outcome possible in a very timely manner! All a pleasure to deal with :)

Have purchased multiple dresses from them on multiple occasions with no issues what so ever!

Most recently, one of the dresses I purchased did not fit, however, the customer service team was absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way during my return (such an easy process btw).

Couldn’t recommend this brand more!
