Fantastic Apps! It is not just we can earn by taking care of those pets; It really help me to enhance my knowledge about the different behaviour both dogs and cat. And it help me a lot how to interaction from different breed of dogs and having also a good relationship with the pet owner, actually I meet a good people and build a frienship with other pet owners.
Petbacker customer service is very responsive they will help and to assist you whenever you have a concerns..

Soy cuidadora de pequeñitos, vivo en México, es la primera vez que use una app para dar a conocer mis servicios y todo fue extremadamente maravilloso, ya llevo varios servicios y todo SUPER BIEN la asistencia del servicio ante problemas técnicos fue 100% rápida y resolutivos, al ser estudiante me permite trabajar a mi ritmo y tengo seguridad por parte de la app, gracias a esta app, puedo continuar mis estudios a parte de que amo mi trabajo..!!🥰🥰♥️

Espero seguir creciendo en la app, por parte de las personas que solicitan el servicio, les puedo decir que su dinero está seguro, ya que la app digamos que "congela el pago" hasta que se concluye con el servicio, además de que si no estás conforme con tu cuidador, sin problema puedes solicitar que te regresen tu dinero. Es muy seguro para ambas partes. 🤗🐶

Contrate el servicio el 06 de marzo del 2025, y el cuidador me dijo que no podría cuidar a mi perrita, solicite la devolución porque según está garantizada, y hasta el momento no he obtenido el reembolso su atención al cliente es nefasta, pues tienen boots que no resuelven nada. No se confien.

This was my first time offering cage-free home boarding services, and I got my first pawstumer through PetBacker. I specifically chose PetBacker because I wanted a structured and reliable process, and I appreciate how the platform ensures a safe and transparent experience for both pet sitters and pet owners.

During the booking, I encountered some challenges with the pet owner’s cooperation in completing the process. However, the PetBacker team was very helpful in guiding me through the necessary steps and ensuring that everything was properly handled. Their prompt assistance in marking the task as completed was greatly appreciated.

This experience has taught me a lot, and I now feel more confident in choosing the right bookings in the future. I’m grateful for PetBacker’s support and would recommend the platform to fellow pet sitters looking for a secure and professional way to offer their services.

I’ve really enjoyed using PetBacker so far! As a new user, getting hired can be challenging, but persistence definitely pays off. The platform provides great opportunities for pet sitters, and I appreciate the support team’s responsiveness—special thanks to Khushali for her outstanding assistance!

That said, there are some areas for improvement. The app can be a bit buggy at times, and the UI could be more intuitive for a smoother experience. Enhancing these aspects would make it even better for both sitters and pet parents.

Overall, I look forward to continuing with PetBacker and hope to see further improvements. Thanks for providing this platform!

BEST APP PETSSITTERS

This app become my main work. I can't say anything bad about this app, they are very clear about what fee they take and how much do you gonna receive and how long could take. Maybe the only think is the chat between Petsitter and let owners but it's ok for now
