I’ve completed a few jobs through Tailster now and have had a really positive experience. The customer service is excellent, with quick responses and someone always available to help if needed. The system is easy to use and works really well. I’d also like to thank Indy, who has been especially helpful whenever I’ve emailed with any questions. Great service all round!

Booked a sitter who then contacted to say she couldn’t do it. It took a lot of emails to get it cancelled and I have had no sign of a refund or any contact about it despite numerous emails. I would avoid

I've had a great experience with the Tailster dog walking website. The registration process and navigating the platform were both really straightforward, thanks to Indy's help. Really easy to sign up, I am already quoting for work. Easy filter system etc to find jobs in your area. You don't have to wait until someone finds you. Signed up to premium for the benefits and Indy was great! So far so good.

AVOID! Will scam you!
Horrible, scammed me before I even started. I didn’t not want to pay £9,99 to start with and therefore clicked on “do not agree” and shut the window. I was very surprised having found them sending me an e-mail with the invoice nonetheless! A, I didn’t finish the online form so they should not take it as my consent and just use my email now and B, I clicked immediately on the “Do not agree” button. AVOID!

I recently joined Tailster to start pet sitting and dog walking jobs, and the whole sign‑up and approval process was really straightforward. The app is easy to navigate, and I can quickly find jobs near me in Brent and around London. What stood out most was the customer support especially Indy from the Tailster team. I had a few questions when I first signed up, and Indy replied super fast, explained everything clearly, was friendly and patient, and made me feel confident using the platform. It’s rare to get such helpful, personal service. If you’re looking for reliable pet care work with proper safety and support, Tailster is definitely the place to go and shout‑out to Indy for being brilliant!

I have been a carer on Tailster for almost 6 months, and so far, my experience has been very positive. I get quick responses from the support team whenever I have a query. Tailster is an good petsitting app where the petsitters are vetted,i have used Tailster for myself when i needed a petsitter for myself when i went away on holiday and i have also used Tailster to get petsitting jobs for myself.I would defenitly reccomend Tailster to anyone looking for a petsitter.I would also like to thank Indy from Tailster for helping me reregister.Thanks Ruth

Great site and easy to use! Team/customers support are super helpful if needed too!

An easy way to connect with local owners needing sitters/walkers. There are usually lots of open positions and the application process is simple. Bear in mind you do have to pay a startup fee of £10 and they take 20% of your earning unless you pay for a premium plan. I have seen reviews about carers not getting paid but I didn’t have an issue with this, although the payment process is a bit confusing at first. The customer service team answered my payment query efficiently.

I love this app, I haven't had any problems at all. Besides, I'm an animal lover and this is the best app; you can find everything there is to see, and the people are very friendly.

Charged me twice for sign up fee.

At first I received a coupon to sign up for half price, so I did.

I was then billed the full price, AS WELL AS the usual signup fee.

When I messaged about this, they said they didnt see it going out twice and only have records for the one transaction. However it has come out of my account.

Absolute scammers, should hsve read up on thrm sooner.

Highly recommend Tailster. I use it for getting bookings for pet sitting. It’s such an easy app to use and the customer service team are fab! I have spoken to Indy recently and she’s been amazing and helping me with my queries. Highly recommend.

Terrible dishonest company , they’ll take your money tho , keep well away from signing up, diabolical

I’ve recently joined Tailster after relocating, and I’ve already started receiving pet sitting and dog walking opportunities in my local area, which has been really encouraging.

I also contacted the Tailster team with a question about my account, and they were quick to respond and very supportive throughout the process.
