Ordered a "seresto" large dog flea and tick collar on 3/35/2026. Received it on 4/2/2026 and was sent from Singapore! I called elamco Animal care and discovered that this collar is illegal in the USA, even if it is legit. It was made supposedly for Austrailia. I called the Cust Serv Number and got gibberish non-english speaking. I have send emails and pictures of packaging and front/back of collar can. I have received no reply. I will dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT USE! UPDATE: received text from the company stating that "they will give me a full refund and they will no longer do business with me."

BEWARE!
You will not be receiving what you bought. Packaging will be different. Then "Customer Service" does not stand by their product or representation and will obligate you to conduct an investigation. Shipping is also a challenge. Do not waste your time or money. They treat customers as second class citizens!

So far, so good. I've ordered from them before and not a problem other than the time it took to ship, very long but I just order more than I need before it's due. I just ordered now and more than I need but it's here for the future.

I ordered Nexguard for my dog on 3/8. I got the notice on 3/10 that it shipped. It still has a UK tracking number. On products such as this, you need to give them to your dog on a scheduled basis. Pet Care Club doesn’t seem to care about that. They refuse to tell me where my order is. They give the standard customer service response. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to care about your pets.

I ordered Simparica Trio for my dog. When I received the confirmation email I noticed no tracking #. So I checked my order info on the Pet Care Club website and noticed this address linked to my order #:
HJP Trading LTD. Nikis 1, Anthoupoli, 2350 Nicosia, Cyprus.

It is VERY easy to miss seeing this on the page. When ordering, the website does not make it clear where products are coming from.

I called Zoetis World HQ, the product manufacturer, and they said they cannot guarantee product safety from this location and I should cancel the order.

I then called Pet Care Club (1-800-304-1918) and asked them where the product comes from, he said the UK. I asked about the Cyprus address on my order, he put me on hold and returned to say it’s just a “technical error” on the website. I told them to cancel my order, he said he would “try”. I have called a few times to check and I reach a different person each time…who knows where in the world my call is answered. If they charge my account I will dispute the transaction. It’s not worth risking my pet’s safety to save money. Our pets depend on us for their safety! DO NOT ORDER FROM “PET CARE CLUB .COM”.

Do not buy anything from this company. You will see great reviews on their website but be assured they are fake. I purchased puppy wormer on 12/24/22. Still waiting 1/10/23 for it to arrive. Numerous emails with the company always gets a response it was shipped and they give me a tracking number. The tracking number just says USPS still waiting for package. I called and demanded a refund. They claim I will see the refund in 3-5 days. Suuuuure, I will believe it when I seeee it. Plus they ship the items from the UK but conveniently forget to say that on their website. This company should be fined by the government and shut down. Dooooo nooooot buyyyyy frooooom thhhhhhem!!!!

you people are not very smart cause i have been scammed in the past too you cannot get a seresto large size dog collar for these prices and expect it to work they are counterfeit i know cause i bought one a real one is gonna be about 60 bucks from a reputable dealer dont be scammed

Ordered a PET roller in January, recieved a broken item in February, they wrote they would send a new one, still haven’t recieved anything, now they are ignoring me....

Overpriced piece of garbage that doesn't work at all as advertised (the pet hair remover). Cheap quality, definitely NOT worth the price. The hair reserve pops open super easily (making a bigger mess) and the handle is super uncomfortable. On top of that, shipping took over 3 weeks, tracking the item was near impossible, and customer service was mediocre at best.

Don't order.
My order was lost in China for more than a month, and customer service is completely ignoring my e-mails about it. I'm not getting neither a refund, nor an item as a compensation for the lost item. Looking at how much money they spend on Instagram ads and e-mail marketing, one would think it's a decent company, but it's a complete scam.

I purchased 3 flea collars for my dogs, the ones that supposedly last 8 months. They lasted 2 months. I had to order(from another site) my usual once a month flea meds. I called the company and they told me that they would refund me 50% of my order. It has been over 3 months, no refund, and they do not reply to my emails. Do not order from this company as they are probably selling knockoffs and there word is garbage.

Based on the advertising I thought this was a legitimate business. I ordered a product 10 weeks ago. After several emails I was finally given a tracking number. According to that, my purchase has been sitting in Shanghai for 8 weeks. I doubt I will ever get what I ordered, if it even exists. Appears to be selling knock offs.

Yep. Agree with everyone else I’ve read about. Ordered from here and get junk emails about ordering more but never received the one I bought... still waiting for my pet roller.

Haven't received any products
I ordered in march... Gave it time due to coronovirus and now unable to get in touch with anyone. Do no order from here and do not think you will receive anything.

I have tried getting in touch about a refund on multiple occasions and still nothing.

Have ordered off them yet have had no acknowledgement of my order except for alot of spam emails. Have emailed them regarding my order but have not received a response! Terrible service I'll be taking things further if this isn't resolved!

Ordered pet hair roller. Received package in the mail, with corresponding order ID number, containing a pair of torn fishnet stockings. Disgusting. Would rather have not received a package at all.

Ordered a roller in April its now almost the end of August. Sent multiple emails asking for a refund with no response or refund. Not impressed at all. After posting this review I got my roller in the mail 3 business days later!!

Also ordered in May, here we are almost August and no product. Sad, but live and learn.

Do NOT order.

**Update** the day after posting this comment the product arrived. Happy but wow, three months for delivery.

Appalling service - ordered petcare roller at beginning of May. Still not received and no reply to emails requesting refund.Would never recommend.

Petcareclub.COM is legit - I have ordered from them, I have had no problem contacting customer service, I got my order in a reasonable time considering it was coming from overseas.
