Quick and easy. Pencil marks.
Effortless.
Maybe could have removed some pencil marks on a subscription issue, which included the price! -but local restorer took care of it, no problem.
Very fair price so no complaints.

Unclear state of recent purchase - fantastic Mr Fox
Ordinarily, I get great service but my most recent transaction has not shipped nor have I received notification about what the issue is. I purchased 3 books in 2 transactions and one book is not accounted for. I’m sure it will be resolved but I have had to contact the store multiple times.

We are very sorry for initial lack of information regarding the shipment. The book was safely shipped shortly after your purchase, but separately from your other purchase. This should have been communicated to you at the time but on this occasion it was not. Our apologies for any inconvenience and confusion caused.

Unwieldy Item
I have bought from Peter Harrington several times in the past, and I have always been happy with the result. This time I asked for them to phone me about the posting of an unwieldy item, and they did so. We sorted out the practicalities, and the item is now safer and better conserved than it was at the point of purchase. Many thanks to the Dispatch colleague who phoned me.
