I just had to come and leave yet another review. After my first review , they replied to my review asking me to email them so they could make it right. I did , explaining, yet again, how I never received the package. They replied back, starting the email addressed to someone else’s name , not mine, and said that they would issue me a full refund, no need to return the items. I could donate them , or give them away to a friend. I replied back, pointing out they didn’t address the email to me but someone else entirely and that it’s a good thing I didn’t need to return the item, since I never received it. I then got another email, apologizing for using the wrong name and asking me to send photos of the item. This is clearly an AI response and this company is a huge scam, their owners are thieves and I hope karma comes and bites them in the butt!

I should have read these reviews about Peter Oliveira before purchasing.I am experiencing the same problems as others.I ordered a cashmere sweater & recieved a top of inferior quality & they want me to pay $40 to return the item to China, I told customer service that no where does it state this on their website for returns.She does not address this in our back & forth emails that have been going on for weeks . I also purchased jogger pants that are of inferior quality & too small, she offered a 15% discount in Dec. that has yet to be applied but she said is now on the way? I would suggest to never buy from this company, lesson learned , check reviews !

Purchased a pair of men's shoes. Shipped to me in a plastic bag from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. Low quality junk shoes. Requested a return merchandise authorization only to be told that I had to repack and send the shoes back to CHINA!!!! They portray the company as American and their website makes absolutely no mention that you have to send them back to China which costs about $50-$60 dollars. They offered me a measly 15% discount. I contacted my CC company and filed a dispute.

It took 3 weeks back and forth with multiple emails, only to learn that you can't actually return it. No instructions. No details on the website. How shady! And here's the best part - the shirt they delivered was USED with the size tag cut. Total crap. Stay far, far away!

I purchased a "Cashmere sweater" from Peter Oliveira (Petes online) for $80.00 from what was represented as a small family business. When the sweater finally got here it had no buttonholes just buttons and is not Cashmere. I tried to return it and there is only a customer service email address, no phone number. They had me take pictures and then offered me 15% off and I could keep it. Or, I could pay $40 -$50 to send it back to China. The sweater is not Cashmere. Feels like a cheap polyester blend but there are NO LABELS there is nothing to identify the fabric content or care or the country of origin. They then changed the description of the sweater on the website and now there is no mention of the sweater being cashmere. But, I do have a screenshot of the original listing. Selling new clothing without labels is illegal in the U.S. After I told them I would leave negative reviews if they did not refund the purchase amount they offered to send me another sweater but I did not want another sweater that is not Cashmere as represented.
I reported them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

Update; They responded to my first review exactly as they have all the other negative reviews on Trustpilot promising to make it right but actually offered no solution other than the ones already offered. Not a refund.

At this point I feel like it's more important to warn other would be victims of this site's deceptive business practices.

Ordered the wrong size , texted them within the hour and was told there was nothing that could be done . After 3 weeks the material was inferior and still the wrong size . The return policy Is to photo graph the sweater on a bed or overlaying my body . As if I would lie about it being the wrong size ..Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing a Large cashmere sweater. The sweater took a month to come, was 100% polyester and size 3X. This site/organization is a SCAM. I would give NO stars if possible.

SCAM - Over promised - never delivered.
Product comes from China - didn't meet any deadline for delivery they promised, and of course said - sorry, can't refund you since it's already in transit, yet when my CC refunded the purchase, they had no problem finding a way to get their package back out of "transit" - what a joke - should be out of business.

This company is requesting that I take a picture of the item I want to return and it has to be on my body 😬🙄 cringe like wth? Nope. Poor fit and quality.

The worst products , I wasted my money on three sweaters, took forever to receive my order two months, and when I received the products very poor quality, sub-standard. Never buy from this company, the worst. They are cheats and liars.

although the garment was received in ok condition about ab week after Christmas, it was not to the recipients liking. when i tried to return it' which took multiple attempts. I was informed of the process.
for a refund I can return it at my expense $40-$50.or get back 15% and no return(which i choose and am still waiting on) I know i should have checked the return policy and won't let that happen again. It was advertised as Cashmere but was actually WOOL. Obviously they lost our business but I really doubt they care.

This shop is a total scam!!! The sweater I ordered has nothing in common with pictures from the site. The quality absolutely awful! Waste of money! I did not return the item because I realized it’s gonna cost me almost the same price as I paid for this ugly sweater. I wish I read all the reviews on google before I ordered

As you can see from the replies below, the company is using auto responses. Customer service offer is 15% cash back (keep merchandise) or send back (at my expense) to worldwide fulfillment in China to request full refund. Avoid shopping here!

I ordered two cashmere sweaters on December 7, 2025. It is now January 18, 2026 and my items have not arrived. My order has had shipping from December 9 th and still shows December 9, 2025 with no updates the tracking in transit. I have asked for my account to refunded back. These items appear to have been lost. This company pretended to be domestic and they are actually in China. I believe this is a fraudulent site.

I thought I bought a cashmere sweater from an American company… it came from China, had the tags cut out and was NOT even close to cashmere….. it’s junk.

This is a scam from China. Ordered items and paid shipping insurance. They never arrived, company goes around and round lying. I will be reporting to Amex as fraud. Very frustrating.

This company is a fraud. They are in China and are selling cashmere sweaters that are really polyester. Customer service is an AI joke and it gives you the runaround when you demand your money back.
Do not buy from this company.

I purchased a sweater for my wife before Christmas and it was a nightmare trying to return it. We finally gave up and accepted a $7.50 credit back rather than paying $47.00 in return shipping. Do not order from this company, its a scam.

Ordered 10 days before Christmas with indication it would arrive by Christmas, it arrived January 8th but wait it gets worse. I ordered an XS they shipped a Large. Then they tell me I can get a 15% credit and keep the sweater or ship back to China for $40. Would not buy anything from this outfit.

I just checked your reviews on trustpilot which I usually do before I order something on the Internet. Shame on you for stealing my $50. I will leave you another negative review, but I see that it doesn’t do any help. Companies like you hurt the entire Internet system. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The sweater I ordered does not fit and there’s no resemblance to the picture. I see you have no intention of doing anything about this as I have sent you 4 inquiries at the moment. The reply is bogus as well. Don’t order from this company
