My husband and I had been trying to get a mortgage for some time but was unsure if we could qualify for one and how to go about it. When we decided to go for it, the next hurdle was getting the right broker who would support with and guide us through the process. I found Peter Financials online, initially a bit sceptical about online business I was a bit wary. However when I recieved an initial assessment call from Naaman, all that uncertainty dissolved as he was able to throughly provide reassurance and information needed to proceed with the mortgage. He was very professional yet empathic and non judgemental , supporting us through the process, offering valuable advice and yet giving us autonomy in making informed decision. It was difficult getting an offer which took an extended time however Naaman was patient and supportive not giving up on our case.
From a position of no offer letter Naaman was able to help secure 2 offer letters . This is amazing. We were so happy with this.
Naaman is still supporting with all other bits to do with the mortgage. Naaman guidance has also helped me understand how to manage my credit in a better way .
I have recommended Naaman to my friends needing his service and happy to recommend more.

Many thanks to Naaman and his team, mortgage hunting was not easy but after meting with Naaman, he understood our needs and worked very well with us it was. Not cathartic at all. He managed to get us the offer letter on just 15 days and our mortgage protection came soon after that.

Naaman helped us alot with the whole process of a remortgage. It was very hard to do with our situation with me working for the NHS and looking to get a remortage to raise funds for our next investment. Thanks to Mr. Naaman from Peters Financial Advisors. We secured an excellent mortgage deal within a week of time. The entire process was smooth and stress free.

Naaman was friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. As a first time buyer, he made the process as simple as possible so we could understand. He was prompt to respond to emails, told me exactly what he needed and there were no hidden fees. We got our offer letter within 5 days of finding a place we liked. After closing on the house, he emailed to say he will keep us on as a long term client. He made my home ownership dreams a reality.

We recently purchased a block of 20 flats at auction and Naaman helped us through the process of getting a bridging loan for the property which was a difficult challenge as the property was purchased for over a million. He was a huge help throughout the process communicating all the aspects of the process and what was needed clearly and in good time while also facilitating for the other aspects of the bridging loan such as helping us find building insurance (which was required for the loan). Definitely a great experience with Naaman and we will be going back to him when we need to move the property from bridging to commercial mortgage.

Naaman has been an incredible help. We were in a difficult situation and were having significant issues with getting a remortgage. But after a lot work and effort from Naaman we were able to get a remortgage on our property that we desperately needed.

Throughout the process he has been excellent at communication and explaining things clearly and concisely. He was always honest and did not say things for the sake of saying them. We were also getting charged significantly more by other brokers but Naaman charged us the standard price which I am incredibly grateful for especially after the hard work he put in.

Naaman also helped us with getting the protecting planning in place and life insurance. He made the process easy to understand and explained everything clearly.
