Terrible Avoid Avoid Avoid ,Got the deal i wanted on the lease car i wanted on the Friday i mentioned that i was going to view the model on the Saturday at a dealership which i did i fell in love with it so first thing Monday morning looking forward to wrapping the deal up phoned Craige to then get told i should of done the deal on Friday as the lease deal has gone up ! Even though he knew our intention was to confirm we liked the car on the Friday so was the cost going up just because he now knew we was very interested ???? I wasnt playing games at all and pulled out the whole thing ,Peter vardy even waved the processing fee then on the Monday it was to be paid ! They need to state exactly what they are doing and not wasting genuine customers time ive Gone else where now and still not had this problem . Time wasters

It is some months now since we leased our Nissan Leaf from a leasing company that Peter Vardy had passed us turned out.onto. This review is just to summarise how the maintenance part of the contract which we didn't want and have tried to cancel for the last 6 months has
We have used the maintenance service once during this period. The appointment was some weeks after we had complained resulting in wet upholstery due to the nonclosing window There was no courtesy car because we are too old to be lent one!
In the last six months we have paid for this unwanted maintenance service, on a car with 2 years makers guarantee, almost £500.
We were also told that the deal included a free week's holiday in Tenerife. This was never mentioned again after the lease was signed. We regret ever having used this company

Brian and Alison have provided a great service from the start. Friendly and responsive service and pleasure to deal with. Thank you for organising a quick turnaround on the vehicle given how desperate circumstances were. Highly recommended!!

I sent this email over a week ago and have had no response.

The vehicle was picked up on the 24/01/23

I emailed in request of a complaint form.

Although I was given a date for collection, the time was very vague so it meant someone had to be available all day as I work 7.30-6pm.

I also received an email that the night before delivery you needed another image of the odometer and hoped after sending this I’d receive either some confirmation or clarification about what the next steps were.

Instead of a response, I was bombarded with multiple phone calls and voicemails the day of collection not the night before whilst I was at work teaching a class of 30 pupils which was very stressful.

I then got told someone was outside to collect the vehicle so had to stop my teaching and call my sister to open the door only to find no one was even outside. I also quickly sent over phone numbers of my mum and sister (which could have been passed on earlier if better communicated) but received no confirmation that you had the numbers and could stop contacting me only until I had to call Jodie (whilst working) to find out she she’d received them.

The man who collected the vehicle after finally contacting my sister had no documentation or anything my sister had to ask him if she could sign something to hand over the vehicle and he said there’s nothing to sign but she signed anywhere and took photo evidence of him taking the vehicle.

Your team have dealt with this with no professionalism. I was going to lease another vehicle through you as you were so swift with offering me a vehicle and for me to be paying the relevant admin fee but when it came to returning your communication has been poor and caused such anxiety.

I would like emailed confirmation that the vehicle has been returned back in the condition it was given in - to this day I still have not heard anything back.

I Contacted Peter Vardy Leasing with a shortlist of Cars I was interested in Leasing and was fortunate to be connected to Craig Gemmell who was very knowledgeable about the cars I had selected.
I was really impressed with the in depth knowledge he seemed to know instantly about each vehicle, I have now shortened my list down and as soon as I'm ready to go ahead I will be getting back in touch with Craig!

Ordered a new corsa and was dealing with Sohaib Ali who was totally helpful and went above and beyond from the beginning. Smooth service. Thanks again!

What started with a very good service from the sales side from Craig, lots of communication and quick responses has turned into a fight to get any contact from the company. Promises made before Christmas have ended with me calling and emailing with no response. Dishonest about turn around times.

Really bad. Please avoid. They don’t pay what they owe. They might be going bankrupt or just straight up terrible. Either way. Avoid!

Swift responses, very polite and helpful staff. They would answer all queries in detail and made the process of leasing a car very easy. A specific mention for both Craig Gemmell and Alison Molloy who were instrumental in getting the lease sorted

My experience with Peter Vardy leasing started off a bit rocky as I was misinformed about when I would receive the car. The date kept getting pushed back, so I spoke to Tommy, who found me a really good deal on another car and told me I could receive it before Christmas. I then received an email to say it wouldn't be ready until the end of December. I was a bit disheartened by this as I'd already gone through a few date changes but everything started looking up after speaking to the wonderful Alison Malloy, who went above and beyond to make sure I received the car before Christmas. She assured me that she would do the absolute utmost to make sure I got the car in time as long as I did everything I needed to do and managed to get me a car delivery date the very next week! Her customer service was impeccable, and I couldn't have been happier.

I searched on line for a good lease deal on a Nissan Qashqai.
Peter Vardy Leasing showed a suitable car at an excellent price.
I spoke to Brian Thomson, who confirmed the best price for a car with metallic paint. He also said the car could be available to deliver within 4 weeks. (Other companies were very vague about availability.)
Brian has kept me up to date and provided all the necessary paperwork for me to complete the deal.
