My dog had been on medication from the vet for itchy, sore skin and ears which came back as soon as the medication was stopped. Since the intolerance test we changed her diet and she has been SO much better. Medication has now been stopped and skin and ears are totally clear. The results came back quicker than expected and quick response to emails.

This company charges me twice which my credit card company confirms. I send them proof of both transactions and I still get a “sorry we can’t help you”…. I feel like this company is a total scam!. STAY CLEAR!!.

Was recommended this test on a greyhound forum I’m on as my rescue dog Bailey had some ongoing skin problems when I first got him.

Someone suggested he may have food intolerances but I had no idea where to start on eliminating foods from his diet. This test was so quick and simple and the results gave me a great template to work from to get rid of the foods that could be triggering my boy. His skin is starting to improve already and I’m so glad I used this test to help him.

My review was deleted, PLEASE avoid this company and just find a vet to test, they have insurance plans out there that cover pre existing problems !!

We were hesitant and sceptical of this after reading reviews but we were at our wits end with our puppy. She’s almost 9 months and we’ve never been able get the right foods for her until we used this service. It’s resolved all our issues. We also had a query on the results which we had a response to within 24 hours.
Yes, the report does cover lots of foods dogs don’t eat but the key foods/ pet food ingredients are covered. We just selected the helpful information from the report.
The report is also confusing for example gluten was flagged as a food triggering reaction but brown bread is fine. Lactose intolerance identified but milk fine, ground beef is intolerant but “beef” fine. So you have to use a bit of common sense and for now we have avoided any food that has been flagged in any way (so all dairy, gluten and beef) and we literally saw perfect stool overnight once we removed the items from the report. Our puppy has an intolerance to fish oil and salmon which is in almost all puppy food. Through elimination diets we incorrectly thought poultry was the issue but turned out to be the fish oil which is really common ingredient and not something I think we could have worked out without this test.
For the price it’s so worth having some guidance!

Despite these hair tests being considered largely inaccurate by vets, we were desperate to get to the bottom of our rescue's digestive issues.
We took advantage of an offer and got the basic test.
It highlighted a couple of things in our dogs diet and highlighted a few things we thought were an issue. It did not however pick up issues with chicken and turkey which he definitely has.
Unfortunately in the products tested they wasted time on things no dog should be having such as beer and only tested 2 fruits and 3veg... Not covering majority of ingredients in many commercial dog foods and treats.
We removed all concern items but did not get a huge improvement, so thought we would do the comprehensive testing. At no point did it say you should wait a certain amount of time between tests as the machine 'will remember you and test differently' which is the excuse I got when the new results arrived and things that were green on the first test were red on the second and vice versa.
I could have accepted due to changing the sensitivity levels of test, that yellow items could become red or vice versa but not go from green to red or red to green.
Again more stuff that should not be tested due to dogs should not be fed them and by putting them on the test it encourages owners to let their dogs have these things such as alcohols, table sauces etc
Again this second test did not flag up chicken and turkey which we know is an issue.
I complained and was refunded for both tests.
However I also asked a large number of questions regarding results and how one one test Oats are green, ground Oats are green and oatmeal was red. Now in the UK oatmeal and ground Oats are the same thing. This one I did get an answer after several emails complaining they hadn't answered my questions, but the other questions remained unanswered.
I would not say the results are completely inaccurate, but they definitely are not wholey accurate and our boy still has issues even though he is only having items shown as green in both tests.
If I was going to get further tests in future I would find an alternative company

I read reviews of people claiming this was a scam, but decided to roll the dice as the price was so reasonable. I was fairly sure my dog develoled an allergy since i had not changed anything in my pups diet. I knew my dog was allergic to chicken, and the new symptoms he was showing were quite different than what ingesting chicken does to him. I give my dog a variety of meats and veggies and fruits and i did not want to go through months and months and months of eliminating items. My report came back in about a week (they did advise me that covid was causing longer reply times). I went through the list and eliminated all the food items on the list he was recieving in his diet (eggs, oats, bread-granary) my pups been itching and his chin was swollen and pink and oozing for two months and now, its been two weeks since i started eliminating and his chin is almost fully healed! His itching has also stopped. This test has allowed me to figure out in a week what could have taken me ages of eliminating/reintroductions to figure out the root cause! Highly recommend!

Have to say no contact at all, worried I didn't have an order number but the test kit arrived 3 days after ordering and the results were e mailed to me today after posting last Tuesday so just under a week. Excellent report and very detailed but easy to understand. The proof will now be if my dog stays skin sore free as I re introduce the foods it says she can have.

Would NOT recommend, i sent off my sample and contacted them to see if they had received it, said they hadn't but i would be first priority. After another week or so i emailed again and just bounced back.
Figured it was a scam and got my money back though paypal! Since then my dog had a severe allergic reaction which could have been avoided!! 😡

I have been e mailing this company to get my dogs allergy test result which I sent in Dec several times and now their website has been taken down and my e mails getting bounced back. Getting very worried

My guess is that this company are having problems, and have taken their website down to try and resolve things. I ordered a kit in November (which arrived) however they lost/didn't receive the sample I sent.

They did offer to send me another kit, however their website is now down, and emails are bouncing back. I hope that they are just having some problems and am keeping my fingers crossed that they resolve it. I will update this if so!

EDIT - never got the kit or the refund - wouldn’t recommend at all

It took a lot longer than I thought to get my results. With covid and xmas / new year I expected a slower return. Results come back and I'm happy with that as I got what I paid for.

Ive emailed a couple of times and it’s bounced back. I see the server is still down. I have sent my test off and hope that this site is legitimate.

Emailed over the last couple of days with no response. Managed to speak to someone and they are having major server issues but they can be reached on sales @ UKPetfoodintolerance. com They even called me back when I requested it. Phew thought something was wrong.

Can’t contact you, no answer to my emails!

My cat has been suffering with a bad digestive system for a while. We tried process of elimination as per the vets, but nothing seemed to stop her bad tummy. We hadn't got a clue just how many intolerance's we were up against. I am so glad we took the option to use this test. Millie Mae is intolerant of 8 items in a major way and about 20 in total. Now on new natural foods and is a totally different cat. I have to say for Millie Mae it's the best money we've ever spent and I would recommend to anyone with an animal with toilet issues. Can't thank these guys enough. It's changed Millie Maes life.

Had my fur baby tested. It was such an easy process and so happy with the outcome! Would recommend this to all pet owners

So pleased with with this test which has been great for my cat. Fussy eater at the best of times but since the test and finding out which foods were causing problems she looks so much better and we've got our happy cat back. It was so easy to order, had a couple of questions which were answered really quickly. Should have done this months ago.

We took this test for our dog after having our own done last year.
Really great results and we are making the adjustments we need to for our fluffball!
