Great company. 5*, one item was not available, but anoliged me in advance, before shipping. I ordered bedding and , I honestly don't look back. It arrived fast and secured. Well packed.

Really good service. Located them a few months ago as good supplier of unique protein for my very allergic pooch. Incredible service - had a call from them after I placed my order as they recognised I ordered cat food instead of dog food after reviewing what I usually order. Saved me having a delivery of produce that would have been no use to me! That’s fabulous personal customer service!

I have used this company several times now and they've never let me down. The prices are really good, they usually have some good offers on, and delivery is quick (and free if spending over £45!).

They also have a huge range and stock pet food that can be difficult to find elsewhere. My cats love the Stuzzy Monoprotein wet food, which can be very difficult to find at a reasonable price in the UK, so I'm very grateful for that.

Speaking of buying in bulk, they offer 5% off for orders over £100 and 10% off for orders over £200. Most pet food has long use-by dates, so if you want to buy in bulk they are definitely worth checking out for that reason too.

I can't comment on the customer service as I've never needed to use them. All my orders have been delivered quickly without any issues.

Overall I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for high quality pet food at competitive prices.

Such a kind and ethical company. I ordered pet food for a dog i was looking after and due to storms it didnt turn up on time. They gave me a full refund and asked me to donate the purchase, which I no longer needed, to a pet charity. The Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home greatly appreciated their donation.
