Petnhome レビュー

Absolutely awful experience, never received package was told to check my postal service checked to find out the tracking number is foreign and not traceable with any us postal service I was then told by PetnHome to check with my neighbors. Unprofessional uncaring do not order from them on any platform buyer beware.

I have been buying veterinary bedding from this company for a while via Amazon and was always happy with quatity of their product. But I needed bigger cut than offered on Amazon to cover entire orthopedic bed my dog sleeps on. I contacted pet n home direct via email on Thursday, got reply from Lisa within minutes, ordered custom size binded vet bed, they shipped on Friday and it just got delivered on Monday and fits perfectly. I am so glad I found this company, the bedding is far superior to other brands I tried and also the only supplier I found that can bind the edges which makes it look so much neater.

Ordered vet bedding from Amazon (invoice number INV-GB-100072931-2023-7154), never arrived. No communication from the company, just left me hanging. When I left a one star review they phoned up to say they could deliver a different colour but only if I removed the review. When I questioned this she said I was rude (I never raised my voice or was anything other than polite on the phone) then she slammed the phone down on me. Awful experience.

Got a nice cushion for a present for somebody, friendly service, good price and seems to have lasted well.
