Ordered large, lucky to fit 2 pots in it, poor material and come with broken horn, cow ordered,

I ordered 2 dog planters, both are great and just what I wanted. They were easy to put together and are very sturdy and are a great addition to my garden.

I honestly don’t understand these positive reviews.
I ordered the dog feeder the beginning of December and when it eventually came it was broken in two places and I had also paid extra for a name to be put on a collar on it which wasn’t done. I have sent them emails with photos of my initial order and the broken parts to which they replied to say I would have to pay more for the name on the item (which I had already paid for) and they wouldn’t send a replacement. They have since ignored all my emails.
Talking to others I know that have ordered from this website they have experienced the same issues.

We order our dogfood online , communication is very good letting us know on delivery to the store. Have no issues with collection

Very happy with my purchase it was delivered as notified. My daughter was delighted with the product, it was well made and I would highly recommend.

A Planter was ordered on 10.12.25 & I am STILL waiting for delivery (27.12.25) as the 'Tracking' is showing that item is STILL in.................... CHINA!!
(This was a Birthday present for my daughter, as sadly our dog died earlier this year.)
I sent several emails re delivery, but got ZERO response.
I cant be bothered to type any further, but everything suggested this was a UK company, however.................
P.S. You will no doubt see some random, pre-prepared bogus response below my review.

UPDATE:
Now 06.01.26 - STILL NOT ARRIVED.
To add insult to injury 'apparently EVRI may have it' but arn't capable of delivering it?!

UPDATE 2:
The planter arrived after a MONTH!
(Damaged box, item intact but with multiple scratches)
The Name-tag I ordered was also missing (as per multiple other reviewers on here).
A rather 'strangely worded' email suggested that I somehow managed to order the name-tag, but their own website didn't charge me therefore I didn't receive it?!
Work that one out!
Also rather 'suspiciously' - The negative review I left on their own website has disappeared & only 5* reviews exist..........
Don't waste your money!

Cheaply constructed, not fit for purpose. States they can be used outside, it wouldn't last five minutes.
Totally overpriced. Came from China, so took a month to arrive. There was supposed to be a collar with the dogs name. It was not included.
Very disappointed. Don't buy anything from this site.

I ordered the large Golden Retriever planter. I was delighted by its appearance. It was also very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My only criticism is that the planter itself is rather smaller than is suggested by the photograph on the website

Otdered cockapoo medium planter for my friend's birthday I havnt put it together as I wanted my friend to see the lovely package it's presented in. When I checked the contents I was very pleased. Was delivered in perfect condition.

Cheap junk, don't waste your time or more importantly your money buying this crap. I bought 1 of the springer spaniel hooks as a gift & after a long wait & zero communication or tracking details the item finally arrived. So disappointed to discover after the long wait the item was actually damaged & not fit for purpose. I contacted the seller with pictures of damage etc & after several emails back & forward there is still no resolution. The "companies" no quibble refund & return policy is non existent. Be prepared to be left with an item that's of no use should you buy from here. I left feedback on their page & it was never excepted I can only guess because it was negative. I've thrown the item away & told the seller this & they seemed quite happy this was the outcome. Honestly steer clear of buying from here unless you want to be ripped off & overcharged for cheap rubbish

This is the second time I have bought from Petwithhome. I am really pleased with the quality and price. Although delivery takes a little longer than some similar companies both my items arrived well within their declared target. I would certainly consider using Petwithhome again.

A planter ! Seriously I couldn't even fit my car keys in it.
Just don't bother, don't be lured in.
You can probably get an equally disappointing and badly made piece of rubbish from wish or temu.
Poorly made,poorly constructed.
I doubt if would even hold the weight of anything let alone a plant of any description.
I have going back and forth with this so called company for the past week. Customer service is nil and don't expect a lot of patronising emails responses from them.
Your not going to be able to get a full refund, so I have been offered a small fraction of what I payed £27.99.
Some how it's my fault I ordered something from China and the price of refund is being used for the postage back there.

I love my dog kitchen roll holder it makes me smile it's a novelty as well as being functional, so glad I purchased it

Bought a Highland cow planter l, speedy delivery and easily put together and looks perfect in my garden with flowers inside.

Excellent product. The picture 📸 was a true to the item I received. I would not hesitate to purchase another item.

So far I have had 3 x Standard Schnauzer kitchen towel holders for myself and friends. Just love them. Came well,packaged etc. love them. 🩷

When I opened the box to say I was dissatisfied is an understatement. I bought a so called dachshund dog planter.
Also it did not have the name tag I paid for, but it would not have made any difference. Cheap tat. I left negative review on their site but they removed it as they did not approve it. . Don't waste your money.
