I wanted a special collar for my collie Flexi, to wear at crufts, where she is competing at obedience, after spending a lot of time looking at loads of sites decided to purchase one from Pet Runway, was overly impressed with the price, quality, and fast delivery of my purchase.
would highly recommend them to all my colleagues.

I've had my eye on the collar and matching lead for some time on another website, when I decided to go ahead I thought I'd look around first for the best value and Pet Runway delivered. The product is great and the service was faultless.

Order despatched promptly. Service very good especially as I had ordered the wrong length of collar. No problem with changing the items. Would recommend.

excellent service, good company

This harness was just what I wanted. My dog doesn't usually pull but on Snowdon last year she tore after a sheep and her collar which had a plastic catch came off and she was gone. She did return but not before she had chased the sheep. I don't want that to happen again so will always use the harness when is similar places. The video on the site was very useful.

Great cat collar, made well and seems comfy (cat seems to think as I can't wear it!). Well packaged and never took too long to arrive considering they are hand made. Would definatley use them again.

Unfortunately the 1st one went missing in the post so there was quite a delay in receiving the collar. However once the company was on the case the problem was very quickly rectified and it was received the next morning

Brilliant stylish unique collars for my dog with the same qualities

I ordered 2 collars from pet runway at the cost of £42, I received the first quite promptly, the second which we paid £25.99 for never came in time for Xmas which was really disappointing. I have emailed them umpteen times, initially they apologised and told me they would deal with it in the new year, now they are ignoring my emails. Unfortunately I have to resort to this to try and get them to respond. Any ideas what I can do? I've never been in this position before?
