Happy customer. I was looking for bug food for my wee dog, who has just been diagnosed with Leish. Very happy to find hard to source quality food and snacks here that she loves and will help her heal.

PetsExpert are a great company and very cost effective.
Although unfortunately the product I wanted is no longer available, I still had more than enough other products to choose from and I will definitely use PetsExpert in future.

I ordered 3 replacement posts for a cat's play area (as they had scratched the posts to pieces). The posts were good value at 9 euros each (with discount) although postage seemed expensive (although understandable given the size and weight of the items that were being shipped from Germany to the UK). Even so, it was good value and only a third of the price of replacing the cat's whole play structure. The items were received within two weeks.

Most importantly, the cats are very happy with these items.

Really great quality products & service. The website is well designed & easy to use, especially as it includes stock availability and exact size of product. The company communicated well with me about the order & were helpful when I needed to change an item. I was impressed with the range of products and, when they arrived, the quality. I would have preferred if they used a courier like DPD who have an app & up to date, detailed info. Still, this was a minor issue. At first I thought the prices were high but realised the size and quality of the products make these very reasonable prices. Packaging from the company was all recyclable - which is v good, and included lots of corrugated cardboard which my pets are using as an additional toy to the items I bought.
I will def use them again.

Easy ordering and lots of choice with competitive pricing. Good communication after order placed. Only thoughts were to the price of posting ( although I still saved money buying through the site to make it very worth while) the packaging was way too much for the item and communication from the carrier would have been helpful as had no idea when it was going to turn up.

I ordered two bags of Green Petfood Dry Dog Food, a product not easy to find. It arrived on time and I am very satisfied.

The only place I could get the cat biscuits my cats like, postage is a bit expensive but they're worth it

A wide range of good quality bird feed products. Very prompt customer service and competitive prices. Delivery takes a few days but very pleased with the products purchased. Will definitely be using again.

Used this company a few times now without any problems. Ordered specialist dog food to the UK, shipping was prompt. I will keep using them.

I ordered parts for my cat tree which was great. I also ordered some toys for the cats which were exactly as expected. Good news all round.

The one thing I will say is that the through coupler that comes with the vertical roll is too long if you need to fit a table top to the tree as I did. Perhaps a long and short coupler could be included.

Ordered 2 cat litter trays. I was kept informed when they were shipped and then by the courier when they would be delivered. No problems at all. It’s not overnight service as it’s coming from Europe but I was expecting it to take a week so was not worried. My only small criticism would be the amount of packaging that was used. I appreciate that they want to make sure the items do not get damaged but it still seemed a little excessive.

I was very happy with my purchase. The only thing that I would say could be improved upon is that it took longer to be delivered than expected.

Ordered few times and was quite happy althought that’s the second time I waited about a week for email that said my order’s been dispatched.Tried to contact them via messanger, no one responded and it says Away all the time.
Then my parcel arrived, unfortunately one of the packages had a hole in it.Sent a message, heard nothing back so decided to give them a bell.Left a voice message.Next day noticed a missed call from the same number.
Unfortunately no further effort to contact me has been made.

Although all products were in stock I received no shipping notification until six days later. Four days later I have still not received the parcel, with it only being marked as "delayed". Note that communications come from zoo-bio, a company many people have reviewed as being unreliable in exactly this way, never receiving their order. I must question whether it is a scam. Do not spend money with these people.
