More environmentally friendly packaging? Delivery was great but is it possible


Delivery was great but is it possible to get the food in cardboard boxes with insulation and not polystyrene? Polystyrene is not recyclable and it never degrades. Every piece of polystyrene that has ever been made is still in a landfill somewhere.

Oh sounds like this is a supplier as we only send our packages in recycled cardboard boxes. I will take this feedback to our supplier thanks!

I ordered 10 bags of harvest festival came to me not even fresh all brown & discoloured very poor quality!

Hi Aaron,

Sorry to hear this and it's unfortunate that you never reached out to us once you recieved these in this condition, if you had done so and sent some photos we would of offered replacements or a full refund.

On that note i see that you only ordered these on the 30th of March and are still eligible to go through the proper complaint process and get a refund or replacement order.

The owner is writing themselves 5* reviews!

I previously had a misleading shopping experience. I came back to check back on the review and the owner (Thomas) who sent me a customer service email saying they'd remove my review previously is now I see writing 5* reviews for their own business!

Hi MJ,

Your reviews aren't a true experience of our site as you’ve never bought anything, anyway keep on with your personal vendetta against our company as it has no impact on our small family business whatsoever as reflected in our daily sales.

You had purchased from us you'd know that and the last review you based on your own error of not reading the delivery terms before going to check out.

We have a 4.8 star trust pilot score from over 90 people who have purchased for our site and have had excellent experiences with us, upon checking your history of reviews you only leave one star reviews and clearly only use trust pilot to attack small businesses.

Not sure what your agenda is although I'm 100% confident that all our customers have a excellent experience when buying from us which is proven in their reviews.

Just FYI Thomas is my father who actually made a purchase of parrot food and left a review which isn't unnormal for friends and family to do so.

Hopefully you'll get round to actually buying something from us and get to experience our true customer service.
