Good service, thank you. Postage a bit pricey though but overall I’m happy as the service was really good

My 1st order with this company

My 1st order with this company. There was a slight issue, but it was dealt with immediately. I also like the courier they use, DPD. I will be ordering from them again. Excellent price for my parrot food, compared to other companies.

Haynets

I placed an order for two extra large haynets for my horse. They arrived super quick, even over the Festive holidays, and the communication from the seller was excellent.

Great company

I've ordered dog food a couple of times over the last few months. The price is good, delivery is free if over £50 and if not too heavy, they use DPD and delivery has always been very quick with dispatch usually the same/next day. Communications are good with updates when you've ordered, when DPD are expecting the parcel etc. Even ordering the week before Christmas they got my order to me within 2 days. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service provided


Excellent customer service provided when DPD failed to deliver a number of parcels/items missing from a large order. Company immediately despatched replacement items. Highly recommend. Will definitely buy from this company again as what I bought was priced very competitively.
