“I’m absolutely delighted with my order! Dispatch and delivery were incredibly quick, and the stroller arrived in perfect condition. The Beberoad Pet Stroller I purchased is brilliantly designed — very sturdy, smooth to push, and easy to assemble. I especially appreciate the adjustable handle height, which makes it comfortable to use, and the shock-absorbing wheels that give my pets a smooth, comfortable ride. My pets are so comfortable in it, and it makes outings much easier and more enjoyable. It feels high-quality and well worth the price. Fantastic service and a fantastic product — I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Pets Own Us!”

After I placed the order it seemed to be going great, but due to issues beyond the control of petsownus the item was delayed an the issues were with the origin of the order jubilee. They failed to respond to emails, an gave no updates. Eventually they responded an the item arrived, very late to be used an has since been returned an refunded.

Petsownus have been a pleasure to have to deal with an were very helpful with the emails an proof of conversation between them an the supplier. An a review is taking place between them both.

Petsownus have since refunded me the item an waved any fees for returns, would definitely use them in the future as any issues are looked into very quickly an responded quickly even during closed hours

Shocking! Never respond to emails, was given a tracking number eventually an told id have it by weekend. Here iam still waiting and tracking number says awaiting for sender.
Emails have since stopped ✋️. An asked for refund

Ordered a stroller for our beardie who is suffering from arthritis. The stroller arrived quickly and in perfect order, excellent price and service.

Amazing experience, Andrea was extremely helpful and help us to make a purchase that met our needs. We are very happy with our pet stroller. It arrived quickly, it was simple to assemble (as promised) and our dogs love it.
I should have purchased the cup holder though!

The Beberoad is a real success. My golden retriever x collie is a big dog.
He can lie down in this and is really happy riding. The ramp at the back is brilliant, he cannot access the buggy without one. The buggy is easy to push along forest tracks and manoeuvre through woods. Once you get the trick of removing the wheels it folds easily.

A super buggy, at a super price, and delivered super fast!!

What can I say... superfast delivery - arrived today after only being posted yesterday because of the Bank Holiday. Received in perfect condition and absolutely love it! Can't wait to take my boy out for a stroll. Expensive stroller but well worth the money as the quality is second to none and will last and last compared to cheaper versions where the plastic wheels snap off. Not this one - built to last. Also so easy to set up and collapse. Top notch quality. Love it !

Excellent service, received buggy 24hrs after ordering. Generally happy with quality of Dog Trailer/Buggy, but no flag so I need to buy one from somewhere. Also, I would have liked better brakes, the sort you get on a childs buggy, this brake system seems flimsy and not sure I trust it. Overall delighted with product, only just big enough for 19kg dog, but easy to push even on longish grass and flinty gravel. My old arthritic spaniel is very happy now I don't have to leave him at home when I take my other dogs out.

I owned the same dog stroller a few years ago, so I knew I wanted to buy the same one.
It’s an absolutely brilliant stroller for my 11 year old chihuahua, and my four year old cavapoochon also likes to take a ride as well . Suki took to the stroller straight away .best dog stroller

Great service order received in good time the stroller is sturdy and good quality. We are in the process of getting our arthritic dog used to his new wheels which appears to be going well helped by the comfort he feels inside.

Amazing comms from a really helpful customer service rep named Andrea. Shipping was very prompt and my pet bed arrived with me well in advance of the date initially set. Although not the cheapest option, the quality of the item and - just as importantly - the level of customer service - more than justified the cost. I will be back!

PetsOwnUs were super helpful before I made my purchase so I had confidence they were a safe company to buy from.
I had a few questions re: the most suitable stroller for my dog and the company responded promptly to emails and were helpful.
I opted for the Innopet Monaco which I am delighted with. It arrived promptly, with good communication from the courier company. It was well packaged, and was easy to put together myself. Just pay attention to the arrows on the wheels and put them on the right way round. I’m very pleased with the quality of the stroller, and my dog is very happy and relaxed in there. The stroller has a zipless closing system which is really handy and really quickly keeps the dog secure. The 2 drink cup holders are really handy and the additional box between the cup holders is really handy too for phone, dog treats etc.. The stroller is very easy to fold up and easy to fit in the car.
The slide out shopping box/bag under the stroller is So handy.
This stroller has great ventilation panels, which dog can easily see out of and feel to fresh air even on a warm day.
My dog is a Tibetan Terrier, and the Innopet Monaco is the perfect size for him. He can easily turn around and lie down. The stroller is very stable and well made and I feel my dog is very safe in there. I’m very pleased with my purchase and it was very fairly priced at PetsOwnUs. I would highly recommend this company and they do seem to stock several ranges of high quality dog strollers, so I think there is something for everyone on their site.

I love my Sleepypod bag. The colour I wanted was a longer delivery but I was informed up front if this and updated about its arrival, which was a little quicker than anticipated. The quality exceeds expectations. Despite all the safety aspects, it’s still very lightweight. Will be getting another for my other cat and the Go bag!

I was looking for a buggy for my ageing lab as she suffers with arthritis & can only go short distances. I had been recommended the innopet Hercules 2.0 buggy, my choc lab fits in comfortably however she is too nosy to lay down properly! The 2 straps for harness fastening are great & the wheel at front is great for getting up & down pavements.
It isn't the cheapest however I find for my dog it's brilliant 👌 oh & a bonus is the rain cover for our lovely English weather! I did buy another cheaper buggy & sent it back as it was useless & not as good as this 1. Yes I would recommend the cost x
