Excellent service from James at PFF. We have been trying to buy a house over a few years now firstly when self employed and then as employed in new jobs after relocating. All the way through James has managed to find us solutions and patiently helped us to get our house and after a few set backs with properties falling through. Knows his stuff and always available to help us through. Also with other areas of financial products we needed.

A brokerage firm with a professional attitude and polite manner is what I appreciated about PF Financial.

Highly recommended . ( 9.6 out of 10 ) - I was a financial adviser for 37 years until 2006 ,including 9 years arranging mortgages and consequently my expectations are high . I also obtained advice from 3 other mortgage specialists for mortgage & other funding comparisons & chose P F Financial . My circumstances and requirements were not straightforward , but James selected the most suitable mortgage product within 1 day . When , for reasons outside James’s control , the proposed lenders offer became less attractive he found a more attractive alternative within 24 hours and I received a mortgage offer within 9 days of application. Ever since first getting in touch with James, the help & support has been second to none, quick communication, polite and professional.

He helped me get what i needed for the mortgage and was very patient when the lender was being difficult.

I wouldn't go to anyone else now in the future.

My mortgage went from £466 to £1337 and my mortgage company did not offer the facility to change rates. I tried to apply for a new mortgage but did not meet the criteria due to how low the rent was compared to my buy to let property mortgage. I saw 2 well known mortgage advisors and was told I had no options and was not eligible for a buy to let mortgage with any lenders. Jed and James and pffinancial resolved this for me within a few hours and found me a new mortgage for £727. They made the whole process as easy as possible which helped as I was so stressed out by the whole situation by then. Without their help I think I would have ended up losing the house so I am very grateful.
