We have always received excellent service from PGR. The staff and drivers have always been friendly and very helpful. We have never been let down, deliveries are quick and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all.

From the very first visit to PGR in search of cladding options I experienced professional, friendly advise, guidance and assistance from the staff, and in particular Ashley Pierson.
From my experience I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have completed the project (recladding our home) and am extremely happy with the result and whole journey to get to this end result!

Excellent customer service, easy ordering on the website kept informed by the sales team, all materials in stock and delivered on the day of request. The order was received as promised and the delivery driver was more than helpful. I would certainly recommend PGR to others.

Great service from PGR. I just needed two replacement floorboards of different lengths. However as one was too small for delivery we ordered one extra long length instead. Delivery was quick and on the due day PGR called to say that the length we ordered was not good enough to send as slightly warped so they could send different lengths if that suited us. That’s exactly what they did and we were more than happy. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again and would most definitely recommend them.

Jamie and the team at Braintree have exceeded all expectations throughout the past year with their service and supply throughout these difficult times. Some materials have been hard to come by, but the branch have gone above and beyond to source and make sure work does not grind to a halt on my sites. Great to deal with and great service. My go to builders merchants!

Pgr southend are a great bunch of lads. Always helpful always happy not like the normal miserable service you get from the likes of Travis Perkins southend. Martin and the counter staff go out of there way to call you and always keep you informed about orders etc. with over 30 years of experience i couldn't recommend them more strongly. Its all about there service in the building game...

Highly recommend using PGR Southend On Sea Branch!

PGR southend branch is our main builders merchant we use and have for the last 5 years or so (since it opened). All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone helps as much as possible, from looking into special order products, getting deliveries on site when we need them with no problems, and yard guys work fast and efficient to get you loaded up and on your ways as soon as possible.
